Ridiculously slow. No wonder few people were inside and the drive thru was nearly empty. Food ready we’ll before my shake which was barely mixed. I overheard the young man in back talking about how he just made eight shakes and was going to tell customers they were out of shakes or the machine was broken. He said it a couple of time. LAZY, Terrible customer service.

I visited this location at 1130pm, I wanted a quick meal after fishing. I tried the 8$ chicken sandwich box. The sandwich was good, simple but good. I had little to no fries witch I was disappointed from. The tacos where pretty good as far as tacos go. They had plenty of taco sauce on them. I asked for a doctor pepper with no ice bit I received ice. Waited in line for about 10 minutes to get to the window. My friend also ordered a cheese sandwich and was disappointed about how simple it was. The menu picture hyped it up but we received noting that looked like it. The window worker was also rude asking what we ordered and walking away as I told her. I might give this location another try during normal business hours.

Went inside around 5pm today and there was a growing line. Could literally SEE the employees in the back laughing it up and having a good time while ignoring the growing line inside. It was clear nothing else was happening, food wasn’t moving nor anything happening through the drive thru. Why be open if you can’t support the customers?

Went to this location this morning ( sunday) at 345am. There's was a vehicle at the window. As I drove up to the order board the person says their close " system is down it'll be about 35min. So I needed to back up to get out of drive thru. Headed to another open source (7-11). Took me 10 min to grab something. Then I parked in eyeshot of the drive thru. There's now another vehicle at the window like waiting for there order. They waited probably 10 min b4 getn there food. So I go back to the drive thru order board and they tell me the same thing as if they know it's me the same person that came earlier " our system is still down, would you like to wait 30 more min until it reboots?" Hell NO!! Got their supv. Name. Location is Moanalua shopping Cntr. Hon HI I know everyone might be short staffed. It's just I think this needs to be heard. Wouldn't want to get sick from the food. Think twice b4 going to this place again.

Even with only 2 cars in the drive through and no one inside waited 45 minutes for food. Multiple times they have out of food or could not make it because equipment is constantly broken. Do not recommend.

We used drive through and freshly made grill cheese was great! Son enjoyed his Oreo shake as well!

Ordered through the Drive-thru. There were cars in front of us waiting for their order. One car got their order and than we got our order. Thank God I checked the bag. We got our burgers and did not get our large curly Fries. Looked at the receipt and found out that the employee put down a large latte. I don't know how you get a large latte out of large curly fries.

Thank you for the quick response. It seems that at least you care about customer service. Unfortunately, the way staff performed, they do not. This was not the first time. After the first incident, I gave it a second chance. Staff may have had a bad night. Nope. Same results. Once at the drive thru and once dined in.
