SM Makati is very clean and nice. They have excellent customer service here. There are also other business inside. They have payment centers here. All major credit cards and GCash are accepted as mode of payment.

My childhood Go-to Mall and until now I still come back to shop. Love its simpler and smaller layout compared to MOA. Appreciate also the improvements and extension of the mall with steel carpark 💯👍✨️

SM Makati is an iconic go-to place for shopping and malling. What started as a big superstore is now a pseudo mall similar to it's adjacent Glorietta Mall. The ambience is a bit off though. It is clean, cool, and spacious but there seems to be missing if treated as a mall. It feels more of a through place rather one to stroll around. SM Makati as mentioned is clean, cool, and spacious so does have a calm vibe around it The shops are also great to visit as well as the food court below. But just as the mall, the food court seems to be missing something but it's still good. All in all, the mall is ok and does give that mall experience but not as much as other places.

Located on basement level os SM Makati annex fronting hypermarket. The price is just right for this kind of ramen. Highly recommended for starter to those want to try. They also have other ramen menus... Thank you... 😋👍

SM offers store options with great value for money like Uniqlo and H&M however it can definitely benefit from upgrading its food court. A lot of customers are left standing around waiting for seats to be available. Has direct linkages to Park Square and Glorietta.

One of the biggest malls own by the Sy's family. Still observing the government protocols mandated by the government. One stop shop. Feels so relaxing, so spacious, comfortable. One stop shop.

Sm Makati is a big mall good for friends and family bonding and sometimes it confusing on where are you now and where is the store or what floor are the items and food you want to buy or see.. but it's a beautiful place and good environment since all the things you need are in there 😉..

It's fine. The selection of stores and merchandise is fair. The supermarket is nice. Dining experiences are mostly relegated to the basement floor sharing the supermarket and there's a cafe or two in the department store. This place is for the more budget conscious but it's clean and pleasant to be in.

SM is well regarded as a legend qhen it comes to Malls in the Philippines. The hypermarket is just one of many establishments owned by the SM group. Their Turon is very popular at 25 pesos it's worth it weight in gold.

A newly renovated H&M Home for those who are looking for a new items to add spice to their home now that Christmas season is just around the corner.. Christmas tree by SM Home Decor This last qtr of 2023 SM Makati has an additional selection and now an extensive several international beauty products in line with their existing brands. There's a newly open Starbucks Coffee now at the ground floor where you can enjoy your coffee after you shop..

Nice sized mall with a decent range of choices. Good place to shop and hangout.

Would like to see a Cinema here. Instead you need to walk over to Ayala mall which is bigger with more fancy stores. But SM offers a variety of brand stores to and more affordable prices which is a good thing. I get my groceries often here. All in all a good mall with room for improvement. Worth the visit

SM Makati is a few steps from Ayala Avenue railway station of MRT Line 3 (the 'yellow' elevated railway line). At its other end, it is adjacent to Glorietta shopping centre. SM Makati has a terrific SM department store and below it supermarket with some food choices, all reasonably priced.

A bit crowded especially during rush hours because it's the drop off point for MRT Ayala. Clean comfort rooms. Very helpful staff. The food court is the busiest part so far and needs a bit of a faster clean up especially if there were spills.

A nice mall in the main locality. Best is its easy accessibility to Ayala One which has the MRT (Ayala station) and also the bus station. Has many of the regular brands and also the famous SM stores. In the basement is the SM supermarket which is super convinient as well. Has a small food court next to the supermarket which has limited selection of stores and food - I wouldn't recommend the food stalls here though. The mall is further connected to Landmark and further to Greenbelt.

The last time I was here was before the pandemic. There's a huge improvement! The place is always comfortable to shop. You could feel the coolness of the AC, which is great. Of course when you go there during the weekend it is usually crowded. It's still a recommended place to shop. Everything is there!

I went there after 10 am . I don't have to wait before entering. I did not go for shopping but i went straight to Makati hub for senior citizens which is located in the 3rd floor. I found the place easily because the guard has given me the exact location( good job) SM as usual. You will find everything, and had a very nice Christmas Decorations. First time to be in Makati hub. Very close to a chapel , we were there at the time to pray the rosary ,many of us joined.

just the usual mall conveniently placed near public transportation and guards are quite nice and friendly. I once queued outside way too early for concert ticket sales and they were very accommodating and putting out chairs to keep the line orderly.

Very affordable clean strictly wearing face shield and face mask inside the mall not face shield in the head hehe...sm mall are obey the protocol very appreciated even mask and shield is so very hassled and its hard to breath but we can do nothing so we have to fallow the rules thanks sm i salute you💯👍

One of the smaller SM malls in manila, it's conveniently located and has most of the basics that you'll need. For everything else (entertainment, groceries, clothing, food and restaurants), the other nearby malls like Glorietta, Greenbelt, & Landmark offers better.

I love this place because of the wide selection of beauty products located at the Ground level of SM Makati.

Staffs are very polite and observes the health protocols imposed by the government.. It was not crowded during my short visit.

Still very few shoppers but I have noticed that chairs (for senior citizens like me) have disappeared. These chairs are very useful for senior citizens accompanying their family members do their shopping. Attn: Customers Relations Department

Ghost town and if ever you find areas of interest there will be people crowding it with no control at all. I am not ready to take the risks and catch COVID.

It's still the best place to go for shopping.

SM Makati is my one stop shop whenever I wanna buy clothes, dinnerware, ingredients for some dish I'm cooking and gadget accessories. And also the nostalgia, I've been going to SM Makati when I was a kid.

Old but Gold. A Mall wigh its own unique ambiance.

My favorite spot is the supermarket. Choice cuts meat are easy to find. Keep the quality good and I'll keep coming back. 👍
