Best Hotel Services in Makurdi

Great services. However, their pricing is not accommodating for the people around the city. Most of their customers are from far away, people with a very good amount of money. This isn't favorable for the citizens of this area. Still, it's a very nice environment. #Same

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Room services was great, the front guest guys were great. I stayed for three days so I met multiple set of guys at the front desk- all of them amazing. The restaurant guys are really friendly, warm and nice. But the food is just little about average. I didn't enjoy the meals there, and I think it's a general thing because I ate out in other restaurants for lunch and dinner and I didn't have great meals either so let's just say it's a Markudi thing. The only issue I have with the service here is having to pay extra to bring food from the restaurant downstairs to my room upstairs. More like I'm paying for delivery. I find that awkward😞 I went to the lounge too which isn't always open. I was told that it's not opened for guests and it's only available for private "parties" . I had an above average experience and that's because I'm a food person😂😔 if not, would have been a great experience. When next I'm in Markudi, I'd definitely still hang in with you guys😁😁

Perfect and peaceful location in the city of Makurdi. The rooms are spacious, cleaned, and well maintained with well-behaved staff. It is great value for money.

I only passed there and visited and a friend who leave close. Don't know much about the hotel but it's for the top political figures within and those who travel in.

Personally speaking, I think it's one of the best hotels in makurdi. Best for relaxation and meetings.

This deserves a 5 star. The scenery is beyond beautiful. It is serene and pretty. They have a working elevator that’s really smooth. Security is top notch and customer service is good.

A five Star Hotel located in Wadata, Makurdi. The Hotel is beautiful with an excellent parking space.

I think the Front Office needs more training. Their Elevator was faulty and I was taken to 3rd floor for a room. I decline because of the stress of climbing many flights of staircase. To my greatest surprised,they didn't even attempt to persuade me to stay.

They have really beautiful rooms and cozy rooms as well. Lovely and helpful staff. I forgot to add that they have a beautiful outdoor space where you can have your events

Good hotel, the best I have stayed in while visiting Makurdi. I just hope they improve on maintaining it.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast served wasn’t my thing. Ordering from their restaurant always feel like money wasted - little quantity of food and not filling. Even though the breakfast is a buffet, you hold your plate and get served. If you request for a second round, you have to pay for it, there in the restaurant. The Internet isn’t that bad and it’s obviously faster in the midnight. They clearly have a rule against buying food outside and bringing it inside the hotel. Your best bet is to eat outside before coming in.

Great service at the reception. It's a three storey building a working elevator. Rooms aren't too pricey; spacious and neat, all amenities work. Room service do a great job. Breakfast on the house. Lounge at the back to watch football share a couple of drinks.

Continental breakfast is nothing to write about. Internet in certain parts of the hotel doesn't work and the IT person isn't always available. Rooms are spacious and that's the only thing going for them.

This hotel is very large in land mass as compared to other hotels located in Makurdi the venus state capital.. I love the location it is built, very quiet and serene environment. They offer luxury at a very affordable rate and they offer services for both the rich and average.. Mostly I love their food although it's a little bit expensive if you want to eat to your fill.

Very clean and organised hotel I have stayed in Makurdi Benue State. They have very spacious parking lot, the hotel staff are well mannered and truly professional in carrying out their duties. Also available is a wheelchair accessible entrance.They have is a beautiful restaurant with variety of delicious meals. On the price of the hotel it is quite expensive for majority of locals in around Benue State. I am really impressed with their services.

Benue metropolitan hotel ad resort limited is a nice hotel with nice rooms and well trained staffs, I enjoyed their services and organization, the rooms and restaurants are quite nice. I will suggest that if you are passing by Benue State, Makurdi to be precise lounge in metropolitan hotel, you will enjoy your stay. 24hrs light and running water.
