JS Tarka foundation is one of the biggest and most popular event centers in Makurdi back then, though it is still been used even though outdated.

The area is serene and calm. Customer service could be better though. A great spot for out door events

A great transformation compared to what it was before

You can find outdoor space available for events, indoor space for events, space for office accommodation, and a cool place to relax for food and drinks. It hasn't received top notch maintenance, but it's a good place to be all the same. The location is also ideal.

Location presents lovely sit out environment and scenery, plays host to many outdoor events like wedding receptions, festivals, shows etc. Is a historical icon and bears the name of a national/historical icon J. S. Tarkar. Though abandoned for a while, it is currently undergoing renovations, after which lodging,, lounge, club etc would be available.

They have ground and space for events like Weddings

They have about the best fish in Mkd at an affordable price. It used to come with carrot and chips and salad but it now comes with only salad. The drinks are cool and the service is not so cool but based on Mkd standard, its okay. The only down side of the place is security. If u are not driving, ypu might want to avoid the place as getting a bike around the area could be rare.
