The hotel is a new structure in a strategic place still undergoing construction, the customer service is however not so good.

Signature Exclusive is home away from home just as their slogan, good service and the room has evething to make your stay comfortable, work station, dressing mirror, 24/7 electricity, TV, and many more. It has everything and their room is poct friendly also. You don't have to spend a fortune to have a taste of what good hotel should be. I enjoyed my stay here. If you are visiting Makurdi soon, I strongly recommend Signature Exclusive Resoort. You will glad you do.

Clean, Quiet and serene. It was also moderately priced. The staff were nice

Great hotel and a nice location too, only problem was the service (particularly food... First time I saw a hotel run out of food stuff in the kitchen). Other than this, the hotel is splendid!

The chef is above average. The shower section is to small, there were insects in roaming around but their attitude is good.

Looks good from the outside. The rooms are pretty okay, but the executive rooms are not worth the amount. Though they have 24-hour power supply.

It's the best hotel in Makurdi. The water is just contaminated and smelly. Could be a one-time experience. Although since their water runs through a pipe in the sewer (gutters), I think till that's fixed it will continue to be an on-going issue.

Beautiful place! It's quite new and the finishing is really lovely. Nice furniture, Staff are also warm and friendly. No pool though.
