Nice place to chill with your family and friend. Suggest go in evening 5pm , a lot of mosquitoes at night . May have a good ride here too. Bicycle can rent at the entrance come with two different price which is Rm 5 for Normal Bike and Rm 15 for mountain bike. Suggest rent Normal Bike is enough cause the mountain bike is old and gear not function at all. Easy to communicate , the Indian host know to speak english mandarin malay and tamil. Enjoy

This is a huge garden with plenty of walking and activities. At the entrance, there are monkeys that you can observe. There is also a place to rent bikes and buggies. Once you start walking in, it is just nature. Skytrex adventure Melaka is accessible from inside this place. The garden could get empty at times, but nothing to fear of. There is a restroom on the far side of the park. There are no kiosks inside the park. There is plenty of car-parking at the entrance, and entrance is free of charge.

Parking space is available everywhere not far from the main entrance. My kids love cycling here except there’s a lot of monkeys which frightened them. Well the nature is theirs place their home, Ill not arguing that. Extra care of your kids because of monkeys and also mosquitoes. Please use mosquito repellent patch for your kids. The path quit bumpy so make sure kids are good at cycling as its require balance. Man made waterfall is really cool. Fish and tortoise inside the pond.

The place is quite nice but not really well taken care of at certain parts. Ample FREE parking space. There are several shops selling "barangan Melaka" same as at other places around Melaka's tourist spots. Wanna eat? No stalls there. It is a recreational park for people to jog, exercise, do outdoor activities & bring kids. We hold tightly to our handbags as we were scared the monkeys would snatch 'em & go viral with the handbags πŸ˜† Should you come? YES, at least u can take photos & claim "aku dh smpai dah botanical garden tu."

Besides a great place to have your morning walkπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ there’s also a great place to go for your breakfast after you’re done with your exercise right in the forest itself! It’s called D’Hutan.. nothing fancy, just great food! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

It's quite well maintained except sometimes the path could be full of tree branches and leaves after thunderstorm. The air quality is good, and most importantly u feel safe to jog or walk around the vicinity.

Many locals came to have a jog and light exercise in the afternoon. You can rent a bike or even a buggy car, but during our last visit, it's quite rare to see people renting a buggy car. Perhaps it will be different if it's on the weekend. The area is not too big for my experience but the elevation can be challenging when you ride a bike. There's a small stall selling merchandise and a food truck that sold drinks and fruits, a nice touch after an exercise. No entree fee needed as it's a free attraction that many locals came to. Overall it's a great experience to escape from the city or if you have long vacation time and had completed tour tour around the heritage city.

Great place for recreation. A great place to jog. Lush greenery and quiet surroundings. Most areas of the park is well maintained. Parking might be tough at peak activity hours. Tons of activities you can do too.

A Reserved landscaped Jungle setting in the centre of Air Keroh touristic belt that should be promoted higher. Really a green lung that is both peaceful and safe yet natural in setting. Recommended to all locals and visitors.

Good secondary forest habitat to stroll through in your free time. Not a very good spot for birdwatcing based on my experience. Many common species of animals can be seen here such as the Chocolate Grass Yellow, Nitrisus Malaya, Chocolate Grass Yellow and the Golden-Spotted Tiger Beetle

Very good place to wind down, take a stroll and breath fresh air in the morning between 9am to 11am. Renting a bicycle is only RM5. Lots of opportunity to exercise, cycling, jungle tracking and tree top training (additional cost can buy online) There is a open field where I would play football. At times able to catch some monkey, insects, butterfly and dinosaur...

Wonderful place to have an enjoyable time with family. Rented buggy car, electrical bike, a huge place to explore. The environment is refreshing and not so hot even if it's 12 o'clock in the afternoon. Love the flora and fauna. Will consider visiting again and again for brisk walking or jogging or have fun with family.

Very fresh Flores. You can walk run or zumba in here. If you lazy you can ride electric bike. One loop this jungle about 3.5 km. Sometime you can see wild boar, monkey, squirrel and snake in here. If you like nasi lemak you can buy in the midle of this jungle on monday to friday. Closed on weekend. That nasi lemak very very delicious. If you want overnight in this jungle you can find from agoda or booking.com to book your room. But night here very scary because many ghost . If you lucky you can see japanese ghost. Arigato gozaimas

Melaka Botanical Garden is located in the Ayer Keroh area near the Melaka Zoo. The surrounding area is covered by various types of trees such as those found in the forest. Ample parking is available free of charge. Food and beverage stalls provide a variety of delicacies for diners. The most popular outlet here is the Honey Bee Breeding Center. In addition to being able to see how bees are raised, visitors also have the opportunity to buy honey to take home. Bicycle rental service outlets are also available here with rental rates of RM5 to RM25 for a bicycle for an hour. An open area at the entrance of this botanical area has benches and chairs for visitors who come to relax. A playground with a suspension bridge across the forest and various animal figurines are also available to keep children entertained. In this forest area there are also many wild monkeys roaming. In the interior of this botanical garden there are chalets that provide accommodation services to visitors who are interested in enjoying the night atmosphere in the forest. Visitors who are interested in trying out challenging stunts suspension bridge across the forest can come to the customer service centre. This place is also very suitable for jogging and cycling.

A very natural place for joggers alike. The path can be either very long or short. That is completely up to you. Do be careful of holes on the path or fallen branches. Definitely would go there during the holidays for the fresh air and more.

Good place to be away from the city and if you don't feel like walking or running, you can always rent buggies, electric scooters or bicycles.

Nice and peaceful area for runners. Lots of flora and fauna. But the trash bin always "bersepah", because the monkeys always searching for food in it. The authorities need to upgrade the trash bin with protection from the animals.

Kids love the dinosaur exhibits even if not all are accurate. The place is a bit run-down, including the Surau. After investing on the dino, folk lores related exhibits and extreme sports activities - we hope the park will be better promoted and revived to be better kept and maintained.

This is really a hidden gem in Melaka. Lots of trails to walk on with plenty of shade. They offer bicycle rentals if you prefer not to walk. The nearby bee museum is also worth visiting.

It's free, Which is always a good thing .. but some kind of guide would be good. Instructions in English will help greatly. It's a beautiful place. peaceful. I saw monkeys, I saw a small green snake. Butterflies and more. The mosquitoes will kill you so dont forget the repellent or wear long pants and long sleeves. Moneys will eat everything. Dont feed them. I think it would be great for kids too. There are some challenging mini treks that you can do. Need to pay for those.. but it must be done before 3pm. After 3pm .. no trek challenges.
