This place is now marketed By AGODA and REDDOORZ under new name of REDDOORZ PLUS NEAR BRAWIJAYA UNIVERSITY MALANG. The premise was sold by AGODA with Rp. 600 K more per night (for twin beds) with very convincing and nice photo. The reality is totally different than the discription and photos as the room is very old room that has been not appropriately upgraded and still have bad smell, dirty spots on bed, bed cover, wall, curtain and ceiling. Later AGODA has help to get the refund for number of nights that I have not stayed in this premise.

Clean rooms, good hosts, enough parking spots, nice location and also cheap. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a budget homestay in the city.

The best budget hotel i've ever stayed! The owner is so friendly and kind. You'll get a nice breakfast, and you can enjoy its great atmosphere and its owner collection of antique stuff, kind of small museum.

Definitely one of BEST hotel/homestay in Malang. Very reasonable price and got many facilities: AC, Hot/Cold Water, Wi-Fi, Breakfast, Free Tea/Coffee at your service. Good location near university & mall, Ind*maret and Alf*maret, many restaurant and "Kaki lima". (You can even walk for only 10 minutes to get to Brawijaya University or "MaToS"). Very kind and friendly owner. I give 10/10 for overall. Love to stay again in this hotel/homestay!
