Excellent hospitality, very warm and polite staff. Extremely helpful and warm reception desk. Clean rooms, clean bed sheets and bathrooms, prompt service. I would want to stay in the same hotel whenever Ill visit Amritsar. Centrally located. Keep it up!!

Overall very satisfactory and enjoyable stay. Strongly recommend this hotel as central to literally everything!! Night team were exceptional, knew their stuff, were friendly and provided prompt quietly efficient service with a smile and went beyond to ensure one experienced a pleasant stay. Day cleaners were accommodating and friendly. Inhouse food was tasty, well presented and prices reasonable-no reason to eat anywhere else!!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay and glad to make new friends. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a night but had a very relaxing stay. The manager, staff and all were just outstanding in their behavior and made sure that they delivered us what was promised. Overall had a good experience and would recommend my friends and family. Hope to see you again :):)

Neat rooms, courteous staff, and a resteraunt that has food at rather affordable prices, and a good variety. In all, a great place to stay. Room was neat, had ample facilities for a single resident (for the type of room I booked).

I have a strong fondness for this hotel. Our group consists of 10 individuals, and we were able to secure a deal at nearly 500 per person, inclusive of breakfast. In my view, this hotel distinguishes itself with its exceptional service and hospitality.

What a pathetic stay. If you are thinking your stay with family then this place is not for you. Night staff is really horrible (Gunda Types). I had suffered a lot here. My entire trip got suffered due to the stay at this place. Hospitality is pathetic even washroom fitting are loose fans r full of dust. Bedding is full of stains.. Try someplace else.

I recently stayed in this hotel. It is around 10km away from the airport. The rooms were small but it was clean and hygienic. The staff are very polite and humble. One problem was that breakfast timing was very late and expensive and moreover . I wasn't able to get breakfast at 8:30 am also . If you are looking for a cozy and clean place I will recommend this place and not so far from the airport.

Decorated, well furnished and specious room. Whats needed most the washroom is clean. Staff are polite and helpful in every aspect. Food quality and taste is awesome. Car parking is on roadside though they have cctv installed for the parking also.

very poor service. staff is very rude specifically avinav and sourav. we booked room before 2 days but when we reached hotel on booking day at 5pm in evening then they said room is not clean yet and we waited in reception near 1 hour.after then we went for party when we return from party at 1 pm they take 15 minutes to open door and the person on night duty is very rude.

Very much poor service. I stayed there for 5 days and during first 2 days, I had to wait 1 hour for breakfast. Some food was good others just okay. Very much faul smelling washroom and issue with cleanliness. Room size also very much small. They dont have cupboard or locker in room so you have to put all luggage on floor and after that no space to walk in room. You have to stick on bed only. No full or dim light option. Either keep all on or keep all off. Showers not working properly. Try only if you are not able to find other vacant hotel nearby in same range.

I am a female solo travelling in India, the staff took care of me, they were very helpful and respectful! The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfy and their food is good! Thank you, i will come back!
