This place is really pretty much changed from the 1st time I came to visit 10 years ago. Nowdays there are many homestays / chalets and eateries / crafts just I can't resist the hot weather there

Great place for BBQ with friends, fishing, and camping. The scene is beautiful and the place is really away from the main town.

The view is majestic. we go there early morning, we saw a mini tornado in the middle of the sea not far from the monument. Plus it was raining, pretty scary for me. other than that, sunrise beautiful, the sea is mesmerising, so calm. Will go here again next time! recommended

Stunning as always. The shades of blue waters and the fine white sand! Strong sea winds here and love that there are so many lil picnic/bbq huts provided here. The crystal clear water made the kids feel at ease to venture into it. Quite lucky to have made it on a day that the waves were gentle, so we were able to swim in the shallow without much exertion. Picked up some litter here and there but still relatively very clean. No garbage cans nearby the picnic area to dispose of trash so had to bring it back to the hotel.

Very nice place to visit if you are sunset lover or beach lover. Sunset lover are advice to visit this area is 5.30pm (local time) .

This is my hometown, many people mesmerized by their experienced there but some people are dissapointed because theres a lack of facilities and hope it to be more built up. I dont want it, I hope it just keep like this but I know theres already a bunch of chalet. This is my comfort place aka a place to escape, Im a woman and feel safe driving alone there. Eventhough Im no longer stay in Kudat because I've work far away from my home but everytime i want to soothing myself I keep my eyes close and reminiscient the beautiful place that is The Sunset of My Hometown!~~
