My best place to get my groceries and a lot of things going on at just one place. Servay Hypermarket Inanam is super friendly to their customers. When it comes to the grocery part, they get a lot of options and the price from the cheapest to quite expensive but still affordable. The clothing department , Kids department & the kitchen are also stationary well basically you can get a lot of things in just one place. Inside Servay at level 2 you are able to bring your kids to play at BEE FUN LAND. While the kids are playing, parents can relax because there's a space for the guardian to sit down and look at the children. Once you exit from the Servay Hypermarket there are a bunch of restaurants where you can pick whichever you love to eat, Secret Recipe, Zeus for coffee lover, Jack Sifu for Kuih lover, Tealive even Servay also got the food court area which they serve buffet ( normally 11 am most of the food already on the display area ) and ala carte too. Mr.diy if you look for home deco , stationery, tools and so on, they have it just asked the employee if you are looking for something. Lastly There's a Hotel for you to stay in since the parking lot is quite big and you can choose wherever you want to park your car or even lorry. Servay Hypermarket Food court (Halal & Non Halal) Secret Recipe Zeus Tealive Jack Sifu Gourmet delight Franze (Bakery) Mr.Diy AmPm BBQ Golden Fish A&W Doby Laundry much more

A change of entrance and exit might have altered the Fung Shui and revived the business, if you understand what I meant.

The Servay Hypermarket here is so big and has a different department on different floors. Also if you are a member, you get a discount too

I recently visited the mall and had a frustrating experience while looking for shampoo. The promoter suggested a different product, but when I declined, she brought up a boycott issue and she thought I must be one of the people who believe the boikot tiktok video which is trending now, she showed us a video about why we shouldn't boikot. I didn't choose the shampoo because I use it before and it's not suitable for me. Despite having other reasons for not choosing that shampoo, I politely declined again. Later, near the shampoo section, I overheard the promoter talking loudly with her friend, criticizing us for not educating ourselves about boycotting issues. She literally standing behind me, I really wanted to ignore what she said but she is too much to ignore. Please teach your staff to at least have professionalism while she's on duty. I'm disappointed—is this the kind of customer service at EG Mall Servay? Should customers feel pressured to buy what staff suggest? The staff was suggesting using Aiken Shampoo. Your sincerely, Disappointed customer.

Also this place got and ATM & foodcourt so it's definitely the best in INANAM so far.

Do not trust their points redemption in Servay Inanam. 1st time went to redeem my point system is offline. So ok. 2nd time cannot redeem bcause manager is away, so I said i'd wait.. then suddenly cannot redeem bcause my name in IC & the name registered under my servay card is different. Can come again 1 week letter to check but cannot confirm is issue is resolved. Need to come & check again & again until my name is correct. So i just threw my member card away. Tak percaya? Go try to redeem your point here hahahah

My favourite part of this place is the shoplots they have outside of the building. The hypermarket itself has escalator and I didn't have to climb up the stairs. They have public toilets on 2nd/3rd floor? Super huge and very convenient to shop in. Free car park, there's an ATM machine at the exit and offers good food and drinks outside. You can bring families here.

Trolley 🛒 lane and parking near mall building really sucks. Parking lot covering the trolley lane. Twice my car banged by pple's trolley because of their trolley is full, heavy and uncontrolled. Make ways for trolley lane.

Since last year I never visited this place. Today I went there and was happy to see lots of changes. There many shops at the first floor and food courts at the ground floor before entering the Survey Hypermarket. And also there's indoor children play ground at the 2nd floor if not mistaken. It's good to see the shops were all opened for business.

Love this hypermarket ❤️ just went here today to shopping bags, school stationary, girly stuff, shirt, and a lot of food! 🧃🍘🍬🍦 Really love this place. Not really a crowded place. But the toilet smells so bad 😵. I hope they can put toilet fragrance or something on the toilet 🚽. But overall, i really love this place 🐔.

The place isna good place to buy groceries among other stuffs. Price was OK. But, there seems to have a never ending construction around the place. Making it feel unsafe with all of that construction materials laying around.

New building. More convenient nowdays. Not crowded. A bit disappointed with the fruits i bought at the market like they already realize that the fruit is damaged but they keep packing it and hide at the bottom of the pack..
