Raintree Walk at Taman Tasik Taiping is really a lovely big park with breathtaking scenery . This is my first visit to the park and love the overgrown trees that lined the sidewalks and the scenic lake. It is really worth the trip to take a leisure walk and enjoy the majestic trees and especially the slumping tree that was propped up by metal bars. There is ample space for recreational activities at the park. Many benches are around the lake for visitors to rest and enjoy the sceneries. It is certainly one of the highlights of my Taiping tour and would certainly return to enjoy a leisure stroll and capture nice photos.

For a moment, i felt like i am in Switzerland watching the snowy mountains! Keep it up Taiping!

Love this place, so serene and peaceful. It's a good place to take a stroll and the scenery is quite spectacular. Great for nature lovers.

Raintree Walk is located within Taiping Lake. The Taiping Town Council must be lauded for protecting the trees by closing this and other sections of the lake road to motorised traffic (and building new roads to cater to traffic). It's amazing to see the large trunks of these old trees bend across the road with branches spreading down to the lake. There is a convenient car park and it's just next to the lake and trees. Excellent for a quick walk, a view of the lake and ducking under a huge tree branch or two along the way. Recommended.

A beautiful lakeside walkway for the local residents and visitors to relax and exercise. Love seeing all the majestic old rain trees by the lakeside and some even hanging over into the lake. There is even a bicycle rental service at the lakeside. There are many other equally scenic routes around the lake for all the people who want to walk, jog or cycle.

The Raintree Walk was one of the highlights of my Taiping trip. Lovely!

That Taiping Tree is a iconic taiping place, its located behind Zoo Taiping. That tree itself is a mesmerizing to see. Plus its instagrammable too. The parking here are free and lots of space to park (see photo) There was a spot on monkey/Lutung too. Other activities to do here are - Renting a bicycle/tri-cycle with friend and families. - Ride boat paddle with couple Came here with my families and its a good place for morning walk. Spacious place for recreational activities. Wonderful scenery with beautiful old trees along the track. There's also bicycles for rent. Good place for kids and the whole family.

This constitutes an enclosed vehicle free walkway around the lake . Cycles available for hire here costing from 15RM upwards. Lovely views on this walk adds up to the pleasure. Dedicated car park areas with disabled friendly Ramps all speaks of the meticulous planning. Benches along the entire path with lake views.

Simply beautiful and relaxing park to either take a stroll or jog. The scenery is just breathtaking.

Lovely green serene place to relax and enjoy time with loved ones. Lake is peaceful with majestic raintrees that is over 100 years old. Bicycle rental is available for those wanting to explore the lake on bike. Water boat cycling rental is available too. Lake habitats and storks can be seen in groups overlooking the foggy hills during wet seasons.

The lake garden remains you of old scenic Chinese portrait filled with Lush green trees. At Taiping Lake Gardens you can appreciate trees which are 100 years old and are the “icon of Taiping” .....it is instagrammable. If you have green heart 💚 .. then this walk will be remember down the memory lane.

My favourite place to healing in my hometown. Fresh air, beautiful scenery and so peaceful especially in the morning.

Rent a bike to explore the place. It’ll take you around 1 hour to explore the place in relax pace. Wonderful experience
