👍 The food is super delicious. They have accommodated all our allergy demands. The presentation of the food was also great. The only downside for us was that the host’s jokes were off & created a bit of a intimidating vibe. People often mention restaurant, experience, menu, wine, delicious,

It was the first time eating at a Michelin star awarded restaurant. I must tell it was an amazing and unique experience right from the beginning. We were awaited with a glass of champagne 🥂 and a delicious bite. I had 4 courses, one better than the other. The waiter took the time to talk to everyone in the room and share insights and fun facts. The food came in small portions, but in the end it proved to be more than enough. I enjoyed being surprised by unknown dishes, but the waiter carefully asked about allergies and other issues that might occur as we arrived. At the end, we got the full menu presented via a secret password on their website. An experience I can only recommend!

This restaurant is situated in the lush Pildammsparken, hence the name. We ordered 5-course dinner (there’s a min 5 course during weekends, otherwise you can dine less on other days). . We got served snacks : Tomatoes and oyster croquettes, all very tasty, followed by appetizer of cod ceviche with fennel and violet potatoes in ponzu and vegetable dashi. . We also got giant Cecina de Leon ravioli in tomato broth that was probably my fave appetizer of all. . Main course was veal entrecote and the charred edges gave it extra texture and taste. Loved it although I’m not so much into big chunk of meat 💕 . The desserts were actually the stars of the show imho. The first was delice de bourgogne cheese shaped like ice cream (I seriously thought it was ice!) flanked with cracker and yuzu jelly on the bottom, and with little of what I thought as sichuan peppers but I wasn’t sure. The last dessert was more conventional with kombucha & yuzu ice with strawberries and choc crumbles and bee pollen. . All was very good but we found out what we ate later after we paid for the bill. The menu was supposed to be “secret” and you had to guess what you were eating. It was rather fun! This place is good for casual dining, and “the damage” as they called their bills wasn’t so big as I thought. . One star off five was because they didn’t have wine list we could have a look at. Since we didn’t want to get wine pairing, they served us one house white and one house red instead. Rather odd 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ but okay 👀

We had an mazing experience. Every single course was truly delicious with very interesting and tasty combinations. The wine pairing was a perfect fit as well. We were really impressed. Only at the end you will get the menu and can verify your guesses of what you were served. It's of course not cheap but worth every penny. Service was also very friendly and the view is really nice, too. Can only recommend this place! 😊

This is the best. Better than Alice Waters, better than them all. In a small Swedish community the ranks of noisy popular international stars pale. Just trust me. If you are nearer than one thousand kilometers just go.

Very modern and beautiful restaurant. The owner is simply the best, we had so much fun discussing about food. We loved the concept of the restaurant that you don’t know what you are eating, but in the end of the dining you get a QR-code where you can find out what you had on the plate and during the whole dinner you can guess and discuss with your friends what is what. We had 6-courses menu with wine pairing. The wine fitted well to all dishes. It was the best choice to celebrate an important private event. If you are wondering about the restaurant, don’t wonder - just try it ! P.S. The tomatoes from my grandma garden are still the best. Haha

One of the best restaurants! Great good, excellent wines! But the highlight is the candid and entertaining approach from the amazing staff! Thanks a lot for a great evening! ;)

Really nice owner and staff with a cool sense of humor! The food is deluxe and as far from Chicken McNuggets as you can come! A reasonably priced experience and they all walked the extra mile on my grandfather’s 90th birthday.

I will keep this short : OUTSTANDING! Having been at almost all 1,2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants in Copenhagen I thought I was hard to impress. However, Bloom did exactly that! I will be back!!!!!

Bloom in the Park is more than just a restaurant, and what we had was more than just a dinner. 8 courses of perfection, I wish I could give more than just 5 stars! I can honestly say that I have never ever had such a wonderful time in ANY restaurant, and I have never tasted anything to this level of perfection before. Some reviews said that the owner wasn't very nice. I can not agree, he was actually incredibly nice!! Obviously passionate about his restaurant and his concept and eager to hear our thoughts about his food. When he heared that we celebrated our daughters birthday he actually gave her a very cool hoodie with their logo. A genuine master chef slash culinary artist, an evening spent at Bloom in the Park should be on EVERY foodie bucket list.

It is actually a good concept for the modern Swede to stop arguing about which food ingredients to avoid and just experience the food! If it tastes good, does it matter what it is made of? However. If you won't gladly eat _whatever_ the chef is serving today, no questions asked, don't bother to go there. They are reluctant to serve you what you like, and you are expected to like what they serve you. If you are picky or have any special dietary requirements, they may say they will accommodate you but their reluctance will shine through... Vegetarian food is really mediocre. The service is also not impressive (forgotten drink orders, rude jokes).

I and my partner have eaten in many top-rated restaurants both in Europe and the US, where we have lived. Bloom is now clearly one of the top three for us. Not just for the food and wine, but for the total experience. Take a thing like noise levels: My partner has a hearing aid and loud noise and clatter is very unpleasant for her, but none of that here. The special panels on the wall reduce the sound level and the dining room never gets loud. This is not a place where the owner pushes in as many tables as possible, there is a pleasant distance between the tables. Comfortable chairs. No disturbing music. Nice light settings. Lovely! We had the set menu and after being welcomed we were asked about any allergies and then got started. At first we were a bit surprised that we were not informed what it was we were served but we quickly realized that this was brilliant: just enjoy the well composed dishes and how they matched perfectly with the wonderful wines. We will not spoil details of the menu, go try it! After the last course the chef came out and explained every dish - and he surprised us on a number of ingredients! The service was impeccable, a nice flow without a rush or a delay. We could sense that this was a well functioning team in sync. We left without feeling stuffed or robbed. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience! The food was absolutely amazing, the owner was lovely and open. He really made us feel at home. They took all our preferences in consideration. And the concept is so cool; since you only get the menu afterwards, you really use your own senses and tastebuds. I recommend this place to every true food lover.

Wonderful secret menu and wine pairing. A must try when in Malmö.

An exceptional eating experience The food was delicious and it was lovely to savour it and try to find out what it was. Each course was ingeniously put together. Unfortunately, some of us left the restaurant still hungry after a four course dinner. Nevertheless, l would definitely recommend this place.

No wonder they have a Michelin star, the restaurant is unbelievably amazing. The food, just wow, the presentation and combination of flavours is something I’ve rarely seen done so well. You typically get 8-12 courses over the course of 2 hours so you get to try a lot of different things in small portions. Absolutely everything tasted like something you’ve never had, it’s quite unique. Also, they don’t advertise it but they have a parking lot right next door.

👍👍 Delicious crispy fries (Sweet potato), great with the Original and Maxburger menu. A little bit pricier compared to other international burger chains, but worth the price. Location of the branch is also nice, near many tourist spots and shopping areas. Very fast service, clean, and modern interior.
