I have been a member of RFZ-Schwaig for over 5 years now. For very simple reasons. Great service, great equipment and even at peak times it's not overcrowded and you can always do your training as planned. Das RFZ ist ein sehr schönes Fitnessstudio mit einer sehr angenehmen Trainingsatmosphäre. Die Trainer sind sehr kompetent und kümmern sich geduldig und mit großem Einfühlungsvermögen um ihre Kunden. Das Studio kann ich vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen :)

Das Studio ist leider inzwischen sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-/Leistung ist hier mit knapp 70€/Monat überhaupt nicht mehr gegeben. Fitnesspoint als neuer Besitzer hat hier offenbar auch (außer in die Schilder) nicht investiert. Sieht teilweise auch schon ziemlich heruntergekommen aus, so sind bspw. in der Herrenumkleide die Spind-Schlüssel ziemlich erledigt. Einziger Vorteil: Es ist sehr wenig los. Abends trainiert man häufig sogar alleine, was mir persönlich aber auch etwas unangenehm ist, falls etwas passieren sollte. Kurse gibt es sehr wenige und für Berufstätige sind diese aufgrund der ungünstigen Zeitverteilung quasi nicht nutzbar. Daher leider keine Empfehlung.

An diesem Idyllischen Ort wird mann oft gut behandelt aber sobald es in den Feierabend zu geht wird die Stimmung zunehmend Französisch. Thomas ist sehr nett und so aber der andere Trainer ist ein Emo.
