Love the classes at Love Athletica! Such variety in every class. A great full body work out!

I have been trying to find a form of exercise that I enjoyed and could be consistent with and I found it! The instructors are beyond lovely and I feel comfortable going at my own pace. Couldn’t be happier

I really enjoy coming to Love Athletica in Windsor. I tried many Pilates studios and most places I found repetitive and boring after a while. The LA studio is nice, with a variety of equipment. They always offer water and tea at the start/ end of each session, the instructors offer different difficulty levels to challenge yourself and vary each work out. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere of the studio and classes in LA are brilliant. I've been practing reformer pilates for 5 years and always find a real challenge in the classes. They fly by due to the diversity of the exercises and quick pace. The instructors are friendly, positive and really helpful. You're always guaranteed a full body work out and burn!

Love the variety of classes, never the same routine. Instructors are very clear and approachable. The atmosphere is comfortable, fun and inclusive. My favourite reformer studio so far.

I have been to different classes by ALL of the lovely instructors at LA. They all have different styles and movements and each is as good as the next!! A fresh, fun, sweaty way to start the day!! I can't get enough of these classes!!

Absolutely love this studio, super clean and a gorgeous space to workout! The instructors are lovely and they really take the time to get to know each person and help them with their form! I have tried a few studios in the area but always come back to LA because of the vibes!!!

This studio is amazing, the athletic reformer Pilates classes are always tough but fun. The trainers are also super friendly and always smiling!

Natalia was a wonderful instructor! I found the class very hard and struggled with my balance but I throughly enjoyed it. Natalia’a encouragement and directions were most appreciated and she wasn’t annoying. She had a calm welcoming voice and I would definitely go back to her Athletic PLUS again!!

I love this studio sososo much.I had finished my 15th exercises and bougt class packages again.I almost go to the beautiful place everyday and enjoy the pilates.It is an amazing exercise experience and the book system is convenient.There are many schedule that I can choose according to my own time.It is a cozy place and the atmosphere is wonderful.I am so happy to enjoy every class with so many lovely guys and nice trainer .I feel myself become stronger and the shape get better.I decided to keep going and hope I would more powerful and vibrant!

My favourite Pilates studio - such a beautiful, happy space. I really appreciate cooling down with a bit of a yoga stretch after, and the music’s always great. I’ve recently moved from the Richmond to the Windsor studio and the trainers in both are lovely. Everyone teaches their class a little differently, but all equally enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I have recently started at Love Athletica. I am loving the classes and come away so relaxed. The 5 minute stretch at the end of class is the best. All the instructors are lovely and so knowledgeable.

I am super happy and I will return. I really love the classes and all the different instructors. Normally I sign up for a gym and the never go here I feel different. I am looking forward to my classes and I feel so good when I did it.

Absolutely enjoyed the Reformer Pilates classes at Love Athletica. The instructors are so skilled and friendly. The classes are structured in a dynamic fashion, with the combination of strength training, cardio and yoga. I felt encouraged in the class and meanwhile enjoyed my space as well. Highly recommended!
