One of my favorite spots to grab some soup and half a sandwich (their chicken noodle never disappoints) while “working from home”. Love their pick 2 combos and you can’t go wrong with any of their baked goods. Their iced teas are really good too!

The food was okay. I had the chicken avocado sandwich. It tasted like it the chicken was frozen and then heated up. Food came out fast. Not my favorite place.

The bakery is clean. However, I only saw 1 kiosk that was working and a long line started to form as people were waiting to place their orders. I ordered a you pick 2. The baguette side order was very small portion wise. The sandwich was small in comparison to other locations as well. The wait time for my order was also longer than usual compared to other locations.

Really terrible avocados in the green goddess salad. Everything was soggy in general. I'm not sure what happened, but I wouldn't recommend this salad.

Pleasant cafe atmosphere with efficient ordering systems that minimize the wait. Interesting and tasty pairings of sandwich fixings, soups, breads and desserts...nothing dull and boring here, Relaxed, casual, meet-a-friend-for-lunch kind of place. Not a white tablecloth, real silverware, hovering waiter with a French accent establishment; but still, a HUGE step above those same-ole, same-ole fast food chains! Have a second coffee, stay a while and read your email or chat with a friend. NOT fast food, just MUCH BETTER food QUICK ENOUGH.

its terrible panera what i see very rude merchant today is 27 october 2021 and one woman who work at 20 pm very rude and unprofessional!!!! ppp wait orders ariund 1h ,sime of them live! like me! this woman onthe photo she say fu..you 2 customers ..crzy and ppl pay for this!!!!!

April 2023 This is an OLDER PANERA, the staff needs better training. They had severe difficulty getting the order right. This particular store is in a good location. it just needs to be revamped.

Great experience at Panera today with their value duets. I frequent this location and they always provide great service.

I always come to this location and I order through the app. this is the second time i’m missing something in my order. I would like to say that the customer service is terrible. I called and told the manager I was missing something and she said they would give it to me the next time i order. so when i placed an order for pick up again and called so they can give me what was missing from my last order they forgot it again. The food is okay but they don’t label the sandwiches and throw half a baguette into the bag, and when you go inside, it is difficult to find a worker to assist you. This place needs more improvement for the prices customers are paying.

The food was okay and the cashier was helpful. I am giving this Panera one star solely because of the experience I had with who I am assuming is the manager. When I went to go pick up my food at the counter, the manager was reaching over my food. His armpit was right over my sandwich so I told him “Wait, you’re reaching over my food.” He denied it even though I was right there as he did it. He did not apologize. I’m concerned that he doesn’t see an issue with reaching over people’s food. That is undoubtedly a sanitary issue. I will not be returning.

I’m Not one to write reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Panera in Manalapan today. It is not often that you find an employee that is truly happy to be at work. It was very crowded at lunch time today and Cory took the time to say hello and clean off my table. I watched him help other customers also. It was bright, courteous and happy! Thanks Cory!
