Great place, good environment! However, the manager and the security guard showed prejudiced behavior towards my boyfriend (because of his color), they did not disguise it, they were surrounding the table! Other than this absurd behavior, the restaurant is good…

This restaurant serves a different menu for one person. The one next door are mostly for 2 or more persons. The menu are different.

Great experience at coco bambu during lunch time. Rodrigo was our waiter and he was very informative and friendly. We ordered Brasileirinho and it was delicious.

This place was so hyped up I was expecting more. First, the service was completely chaotic. All of our drinks took forever to arrive. We had to order a drink halfway through our current drink otherwise we had to wait 10-15 minutes for another one. I canceled a drink because it had taken so long and they showed up twice with the same drink almost 15 minutes later. The appetizers showed up in good timing, but again the entree took a while. I understand the restaurant was busy, but we didn't get checked on. Three stars because the food itself was very good. However, with the slow service it's just not worth the price tag. If I want a drink, I would like it to arrive within a couple of minutes. The music was live and at first was nice, but it's the same singer singing the same style song over and over and it got boring. Overall, would not come back because the night was just us complaining about how long we spent with an empty glass. Do not recommend!

I have posted a review here before but want to do this second one....the first was in Portuguese. Has a second different experience now...the Happy Hour timings do not match ! The waiter from our first visit said it was Wed, Thu, Fri from 17 to 21 hs... From the phone call I made (someone picked the phone this time) they said Happy Hour was from 17 to 20 hs.... As our group of 8 people arrived at 1840hs we were informed the Happy Hour was from 19 to 21hs. We then waited the time to come.... 1905hs our table was ready and when we went to the Lounge the waiter said it was from 19 to 20hs on Thu and Fri !!!!! At the tables there is a small stand saying Happy Hour is every day, from 17 to 20hs.... Please make this AWESOME place really AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Good food and service, excellent in fact. Great music and atmosphere. Seeing some reviews stating the place is overly expensive. Well I consider that the prices are more than just. Not overly expensive at all. Our first time. Wont be our last. I guess at times the place can be busy and as such there might be delays in delivering the meals and drinks but we were amazed at the speed of the service after seeing the reviews. Secret is visit at non peak times.

Millena - the only English speaking server on the floor. She is the perfect face for a global restaurant in Brazil. She put us to ease and gave us great recommendations, along with a pleasant smile the whole time. Luanda - opened the wine bottle with style and was super helpful the whole time.

12th of June was the worst time to come here as it was Valentine’s Day in Brazil so we had to queue for over an hour. With so much hype I was expecting an amazing restaurant and the menu looked promising. Service was great but the food was bland and very unappealing.

Best pasta and seafood. Ask for Vinícius, he’s a state of the art professional sweetheart who is very savvy about the menu and speaks English — which is part of the experience for us who speak zero Portuguese and wanted to have a good evening for my birthday celebration while on vacation.

Vinicius was very attentive, explained all the details and very polite. He made sure we were taking care and our birthday diner celebration. He’s the best, and he speaks perfect English. You rock Vinicius.

We had a delicious meal at lunchtime with a party of 6. Vinicious was our server and he did an excellent job taking care of our family. Service was very professional, quick, and kind!

Wuilfredo was an excellent waiter, extremely polite and kind. We rarely receive service this good at restaurants. We highly recommend this Coco Bambu location and Whilfredo as a waiter.
