Refúgio Samaúma is a beautiful place, which is suited for all people, whether you want a break from urban life or an amazon adventure. Ana and Lucas are amazing hosts, very accommodating and they make sure you are bound to have an unforgettable trip. The location, on the River Negro, within Livramento community is very idyllic. The community is rich in culture and very friendly people, and would recommend exploring this as well as the amazon that surrounds the location. Overall this was an amazing trip made even better by great hosts, and I would recommend anyone staying in this region to stay here!

Cozy place near Manaus. Ana Lígia, Lucas and Amora are part of the amazing experience that includes tours and delicious food. Place is very quiet and clean. I recommend an afternoon at Praia do Escondidinho.

Ana and Lucas are incredible hosts! They have created an immersive space in midst of the amazon rainforest. Beautiful chalets of varying sizes to live in which lends a fulfilling jungle experience. Loved hanging out in the common space in the day with plenty of hammocks. Lucas also was quite informative with the various day tours that he took us on his boats. Highly recommend this place for an amazon rainforest experience.
