We stayed at the lodge for a week in June. The lodges provide basic comfort-all that’s necessary. The restaurant was fantastic. Wonderful fish and fresh fruit. It was peaceful until a large group of college students arrived-oh well. Our guide, Moses, took us on rainforest treks, down river to explore an indigenous peoples tribal village, swim with pink dolphins, pand to a floating village. All very interesting and enjoyable. I highly recommend Moses as a friendly, fun loving, knowledgeable guide. Great experience!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. My parents were comfortable and loved the easy trails. The guides were quite good, very knowledgeable. I am always a bit of a skeptic, but I was impressed by them. There are almost no insects which was a complete surprise to me in a good way. Immersed in nature, while being comfortable. Would love to make it back! PS. I am Brazilian and had Portuguese speaking guides, but the little English I heard them using was great.

Enjoyed one night at the Ecopark Jungle Lodge in April 2023. Well organized transfers, and we felt very welcome when a personalised programme was ready when we arrived. Pace of the excursions was good, and allowed for time to relax at the lodge and in the natural pools. The natural pools are very "natural", so its like swimming in an igarapé. The room was comfortable, with functioning a/c and decent bathroom. Not cheap, but allowed us to enjoy some time in the forest over a long weekend.

This is a great facility to experience the Amazon in a simple way. It's not a deep immersion but it does offer a good level of exposure and understanding to the rainforest and rivers. The service is beyond excellent. Everyone involved is helpful, kind, and patient. The trip is well organized. We spent 3 days there, fyi.

We stayed at Amazon Ecopark few years ago and still cherish the beautiful days we had there. My sons are nature lovers and they dearly hold all the activities close to their hearts: jungle trail, swimming with the dolphins, meeting the inhabitants, boat ride at the night. Above all, encounter with the alligator during Piranha fishing was so adventurous as only we 4 were there in the boat. All the trips arranged by Ecopark were amazing. The guides and staffs were very friendly, food was home-like. The Macau visited the restaurant every now and then. The sound of toucan also amazed us. The place is wondrous! Every bit of it is incredible. Apart from the long flight of 16hrs we would always love to visit this place again.

Our tour guides Be Be and Marcelo picked us up from the airport with very clear signs waiting for us! Everything was very clearly explained in English to our family of 4. We were traveling with our 2 children who are 16 and 13. Everyone felt safe, the van was air conditioned, and then we brought to this cute little port with a snack shop where we got on a little boat and made our way to the Eco Park! Be Be was VERY knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She guided us through the jungle, a local house with a local family, piranha fishing, the monkey sanctuary and then was also SO kind helping us get back to the cruise port where we boarded an Amazon River cruise boat for 4 days. Our trip went fantastic and so smooth thanks to her expertise and help. I highly recommend the Eco Park,Be Be and Marcelo for sure!

While the setting of the EcoPark is very nice the accommodation needs to be upgraded and improvements could be done without compromising the authenticity of the place, especially in the bathrooms. On the other hand, during the three days of our stay there, the meals served were pretty much the same everyday. We wish to highlight though the trip to see the "waters meeting" and the speedboat excursion in the igarapês which were very interesting and well guided.

The experience and service is ok (yet overpriced and unauthentic) but nothing is eco about this park. They don’t use renewable energy and heavily rely on plastic bottles etc instead of filtered water.

It is not cheap, but it is an increadible experience. The tours are fun, the food is great and the whole place let's you relax like nowhere else. The natural pools are awesome.

Management are charging top dollar for this place while trying to run it on a shoestring and it shows. Avoid. The food was consistently terrible -- fatty meat that was impossible to cut, a lump of plain grilled chicken without any seasoning or taste, dessert that arrives still frozen, soup that tastes of nothing. One night I had to wait 30 minutes just to get soup. There was only 1 other table! Then they got my order wrong twice. I assume because they hired staff for a supposedly international lodge who do not speak sufficient English. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee outside of meal times when I have literally no where else to go, and when rain -- expect lots of rain -- means you have to hang around unexpectedly. My itinerary was altered several times until my guide put a stop to it. For the first few days any sound of nature was ruined by the loud pressure washer gun constantly being used on the path. When I complained about all this, things improved a bit. But it was abundantly clear the staff were openly annoyed I had complained -- they spoke about it to other guests in front of me. Off site management replied to my email but did not apologise. By now the atmosphere was terrible. Things only really improved in terms of food and service when a large number of Brazilian guests arrived. Unbeknown to me I had booked 5 days when I was virtually the only guest, non-Portuguese speaker, female and solo -- the attitude was clearly then I should just accept a lower standard. For example when the Brazilians arrived suddenly the kitchen would make food outside restaurant hours. Ronaldo is a very good guide and the trips are very good, especially monkey island, but this is because of excellent guides like Ronaldo and Francesco the boat driver and caiman catcher, who both went out of their way to make sure I had a good time. Which is how everything should have been. But it was not. After 5 days all of this was finished by me having to wait 20 mins at the marina in the noon sun, and 15 mins more if i hadnt said i'd get an uber, for the transfer back to the airport. Avoid.
