The rooms offered as having a view only leaning on the balcony, does not justify the increase in the daily rate. The closet does not have dimensions to accommodate clothes. Wish I could actually give this place 0 stars which is a lot coming from someone who works in the industry. Issues started since check in with their card machine down, then add on the tv not working due to them not even having the right remote in the room, then we couldn’t even open our balcony door because it was rusted shut, THEN we ordered some room service to which it took them 3 times of bringing us the right sandwich, THEN our friends room flooded, THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF we’ve been without AC for over an hour AND THEYVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Seriously this place is an absolute joke and if I could actually get an Uber at 1am ( yes still no AC ) I would go home!

I highly do NOT recommend staying with this company. Nice hotel aesthetically but the staff do not communicate with the booking team on sao Paolo. The Opera staff said we would be staying with them one night complimentary with dinner included (since the booking team had forgotten us at the airport for our stay at their sister hotel Juma Lodge) and then come to find out the booking team said we had to pay for that stay and dinner. Not organized, not good customer service. Don’t waste your money! Plus the room was SUPER loud like a rave was going on outside all night long so we didn’t get any sleep. We are fortunate that we have traveled all over the world and never had as bad as an experience as this one with this company/hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel with all the best amenities, right in front of the famous Teatro Amazonas: the opera House of Manaus, built with the riches of the rubber boom, known as the "Belle Epoque" era of Manaus. A great service, and superb restaurant that offers excellent local dishes made with the local Amazon ingredients. The staff is very friendly. Loved it!!!!
