Visited the store for an engagement ring for my partner. We were taken care of by Roseanna who guided us through a variety of options until we found the perfect ring to my partners unique taste. We were able to select our desired metal, stone and quality/clarity preference. This was ordered and ready for us a few weeks later for review and collection. Roseanna was really personable, patient and friendly. We are SO happy with the ring which is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We were seen to by Michael the store manager for this stage and again, he was so friendly and seemed to share in our excitement. Overall, the service we received felt so exclusive and personable. Having been to several other stores and jewellers offering similar services, Diamonds Factory / Austin & Blake was by far the best service and our preferred choice. There is no 'hard sell' or pressure to 'break the bank'. I couldn't recommend them enough - thank you. Tom & Georgie.

I called them a week ago to get a ring delivered before Christmas. Krystyna went above and beyond to source the diamond and ensure that it would be delivered to me on time. After a few worrying days, the ring arrived and it was stunning. A fantastic service and beautiful ring.

My partner had purchased a white gold solitaire engagement ring which was beautiful. However, I wanted yellow gold. I reached out to DF about 6 months after I'd received my ring to enquire about resetting the stone in yellow gold. Alyshia was quick to respond and we spoke over the phone about options. Our young couple went in, & were helped by Aneesha. She was patient, helpful, & not at all pushy to encourage them to spend more than they felt comfortable! On collecting the jewellery, again our experience was wonderful, & I am recommending them to all my friends, even though parking in Manchester city is a pain, it is well worth the hassle! Alyshia from the Manchester store was amazing! Ensured the process was smooth and made sure someone was there to look after us if she was off! Could not fault the team at all. From the moment I contacted the diamond factory about an engagement ring the staff I dealt with offered a great service. Charlotte provided great advice and answered all my questions. They provided a sample ring while I was waiting for the final engagement ring to arrive. The ring was sent out within the times scales they said it would be ready. Was an issue with delivery which was out of the control of the diamond factory, they provided support and chased the delivery company several times. I dealt with several different people at this point and all of them were very helpful. Absolutely delighted with the ring when it arrived. Quality product and service.
