Amazing food and staff! I was there with my friend already a bit tipsy, but the staff was so patient, friendly and fun! The food portions were massive, especially for the price, and so delicious! Btw, the best BBQ cauliflower I've had in my life! Would definitely recommend!

What a fabulous Caribbean/Mexican style restaurant ! Taco Tuesday !!! We got the Birria Taco, it's so freaking nice! Love it, and also the Buffalo Chicken Blast, Birria Fries, ginger beer, and Lipton Lemon Iced tea. Liquor and Burn Restaurant looks super trendy and got very colorful designs throughout, the beautiful furnishings absolutely are eye-catching! Got to give them credits, making it a gorgeous and vibrant place with so much energy!

Absolutely the best burrito I've ever had in my life!!! Can't stop thinking about it! I had the Birria Burrito. Also the egg rolls were gorgeous as were the cauliflower bites. Lots of options for vegan and vegetarians also. Watermelon margarita was beautiful. Can't wait to go again!

Really lovely staff and the place had a nice vibe to it. 2-4-1 margaritas all day everyday which is great and the food was good. The shrimp in the tacos could have a bit more seasoning to them and could be a bit bigger but nonetheless, delicious food! They also do 50% off tacos on a Tuesday - would totally recommend!

Had great food here, the complimentary tortilla chips while you wait are a nice touch and the burritos were lovely and packed with filling. I had the chicken Ceasar one and it was great. Huge portions of everything. Staff were really attentive and the service was super quick, food was ready in record time! Really surprised by some of the recent reviews saying they had to wait a long time as our experience was the opposite!

Buffalo chicken blasts were a good portion size with a dipping sauce. For main I had the popcorn shrimp tacos which were a great size so they weren’t messy to eat and were tasty. 2-4-1 margaritas available if that is your drink choice. Restaurant space was spacious and had a friendly vibe. Food wait time was quite long but overall worth the wait.

Came here for lunch today and it was very lovely. Kind staff, lovely atmosphere and they were so nice to accommodate our big group and offer table service. The food was nice however some of the dishes such as the shrimp tacos were a bit small. But would definitely come here again for a drink or a burrito!

Came here for a group meet up, and the staff were very accommodating for such a large group. 2-4-1 all day every day on margaritas was excellent, tried classic and strawberry of the frozen and a normal classic, all were delicious. For food, I had the vegan chicken tacos, these were excellent and I don't often go for vegan so I was impressed, though was a bit disappointed it wasn't a soft taco, made it a bit harder to eat. In the group people ordered all sorts and it all looked good and decent portions. The menu has a three chilli rating, I am not great with spice so I chose something with 0 chillis and it was spicier than expected, I am glad I didn't go for the 1 chilli. Just a warning for anyone who doesn't do spice.

Meat in both burrito and fries topping dry and tasteless. Both positions were marked with 3 chillis in the menu and had barely any spice to it. Buritto felt apart when eating and fries had so much salt that I couldn't eat them. Terrible food. Saff was lovely though, but won't come back.

In my opinion, very average taco place. The food taste okay. Nothing good in particular. Although there is Taco Tuesday, when all tacos are 50% off. Its alright but I would not come back.

Been a few times over the past couple of years. The place absolutely stank of smoke and grease and the seating was in need of replacing, the tables wobbled like mad. Foods pretty good but the furniture and poor service let it down. Staff completely uninterested.

This January’s discount promotion is a great month for someone like me, a homemaker. It helps me take a break from cooking and experience the flavors of different countries. Today, I visited a Mexican restaurant for the first time. The food was fantastic, not too much, allowing me to enjoy a delightful lunch.

After initial disappointment, because they didn’t have our first choice of food/drinks, even tho it was on the menu, server made it up to us by giving us a discount on a total bill. Food was delicious and even more so as it was 50% off on tacos, it was taco Tuesday. So, that was another pleasant surprise and overall extra yummy deal.

Great atmosphere, great food and very friendly staff. The menu has a great choice of meat and veggie burritos. 2 for 1 margaritas which were all delicious. The bill for 4 people came to £140 but this was well worth it.

Food was excellent and enjoyed frozen margaritas however they seemed very busy and it took a while for food/drinks to arrive. Staff were friendly but we had to keep asking for things (like glasses for water, cutlery etc) but never received them. We will come back as food was great and plenty of choice for vegetarians!

New menu… I am a massive fan of Liquor and Burn. We have been coming for years and it is always the first place we recommend and take people to when they visit Manchester. That being said we went last night and tried the new menu. Sadly it did not live up to the expectations of L&B. There is only two veggie mains, one burrito and one taco. This is rather low for Manchester where there is a large veggie population . Additionally a large proportion of the menu contains nacho cheese. This absolutely ruins the food. I could not finish my food because it tasted like chemicals. It reminded me of the cheese you get from the cinema. Sadly it’s hard to avoid because it’s over a large amount of the menu and all the loaded fries. The chips were so salty so I had to leave them. Also our food came out at completely separate times. My partner had finished his food before mine arrived. On a positive note the staff were lovely but I won’t be back until the menu has changed and will be telling others to go to alternative restaurants.

I've not been here before and was really looking forward to a quick Mexican bite to eat before heading to the academy for a gig. The key word being "quick" there. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, we arrived approximately 5.30pm, i took 15minutes for someone to come and take our order. The server was only going to take drinks at first till we said we'd like to order food now too as we were a little pressed for time. 50minutes later our food arrived. There was no apology for the delay, no waitress asked if we'd like a refill on our drinks during this time (we had to ask)... How does it take that long to make a couple of burritos and dirty chips? However the food was delicious, and was throughly enjoyed, but we had to eat it quickly! There was an added compulsory service charge of £5 added to our bill, which I thought was a unacceptable given the service so we asked to get this removed. It was only at this point we got an apology for the slow service and the manager gave us 50% off our bill, which we didn't expect. I Can understand it was pride weekend so maybe busier than normal, but measures should have been put in place to avoid such shockingly slow service. Overall the food itself was fantastic and good choice of drinks / margaritas but I'd like to think service would be much quicker next time.

Really tasty food. Managed to go when it was 50% off. The coke wings were our favourite. The buffalo ones are pretty hot you've been warned. Great big portions of food. All with lots of flavour. Would go again. It was pretty busy so service was a little slow. But I don't mind waiting for good food.

2 4 1 Margaritas, the quesadillas ain't really quesedillas but nice all the same, the sweet potato fries are amazing, as was the Korean cola chicken. But 5 pounds for a stubby bottle of red stripe, with no mention of it being a bottle when ordering, bit shocking.

Great bar with a good vibe. Food can be great (burritos) or not so great (tacos). The team are super friendly, but service can be a little slow if you're not sat in the same room as the bar. It feels like they may be a bit stretched - they were really attentive, when you could get their attention!

Booked a table for their 50% off offer. We ordered Firebird, Chicken Blasts Buffalo and Road Hog. Food took a while to come but they came hot in temperature which was good meaning they were freshly made. I enjoyed the burritos and I was amazed that the warm wrap didn't go soggy from the amount of filling. Worth the wait as they had great flavours and the portion was decent. Friendly staff. Just one note: the music was a tad too loud that we had to raise our voice to talk to each other.

Been here twice in a month. First time was late afternoon during a lazy Sunday, where most tables were empty, everything was perfect. Food delicious, staff amazing and attentive. Did I mention the food was literally perfect? Second time, the food was perfect again, sublime, well seasoned. The kitchen staff should be commended for consist service during quiet times and busiest of busy. The second time's service was a let down. We arrived on a very busy night at the time we had booked, but was left for 11 minutes at the front without being greeted or acknowledged, we went to the bar and was told someone would be with us, it was just an uncomfortably long wait in the doorway. Once we were at the table, there was a long wait, and the food came before the cocktails. However, as some tables left and the pressure let up, the service improved rapidly. However food and the waitstaff being so nice as well as the great margaritas means its still a 5/5

Waited an hour for food which was pretty average. The tortillas were very sad looking and for £3.50 I expected a bit more chips and a lot more flavour. Music was good and staff were nice but won’t be going back any time soon.

Amazing frozen margaritas - I had the strawberry and it was so good! Very drinkable. The burritos was super tasty, I had the California and my partner had the firebird and loved it. Good portion sizes, I ended up taking half my home. I was actually a bit worried about coming here after reading the reviews but I’d definitely come again! They also played some banging tunes and the music wasn’t too loud either - we were sat right next to a speaker and it didn’t bother us and I’m noise sensitive. Friendly, welcoming staff. We spent about £35 each and that included 3 drinks each, a burrito and starter each. Not bad. Only one issue to be aware of - the floor was weirdly really slippy, as if it was greasy.

Good ale, cider. Great nachos, smaller tacos available. Brisket burritos enjoyed. Rolled with salad and chips in!!! Good 80's soundctrack. Younger clientele than us. Good vibe, friendly waitress. Enjoyed, recommend. Heavy dish to digest...

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
