Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 12/2022: Still one of my favourite go-to places for Starbucks coffee. Central location, fast service, friendly staff, and decent selection of merchandise on sale (actually probably one of the better branches in Manchester for variety). Can also get quite busy and I usually struggle to find places to seat. I usually see folks settling in to their seats for the 'long haul' ie will be there for a while! 2017: Love this refurbed branch. Nice new decor that is a far cry from their usual stuff. And lots more sitting spaces and work areas. The biggest downside is that there's no where to plug in the laptop; and yes I eat and drink loads when I'm working away so I am paying for my spot and not free loading.

I love Starbucks new design. Have you guys seen the R and the ⭐️ it looks very modern. I love my Flat whites at Starbucks, and the cold drinks. The staff are all well trained, and very professional. Being a metropolitan area is definitely a quick trip to get your coffee in the morning. Thank you Starbucks

Great Starbucks that will often find itself packed due to its proximity to St Peter’s Square. Sugar and serviette counter often has used mugs and cutlery on the side, which is understandable when it’s super busy. Interior design is modern and bright

My favourite Starbucks in the Manchester City Center. As recently was refurbished. Glass windows and there are nice view which you can enjoy on comfortable chairs.

Within the last week the chairs have been changed. There was beautiful sofa type green chairs and people loved coming here but now they have been replaced with horrible wooden chairs that are uncomfortable. Looks ugly plus so uncomfortable. Why would they make it uncomfortable and horrid? It's the reserve branch. I noticed much less people were there compared to how much usually come. Whoever is responsible for this change has put a dent in profits for this branch. Please bring the old chairs back but just get them cleaned

Bit average like most of these branded coffee shops. Completely indifferent service from the staff here. Coffee itself was ok. Prices are a joke.

Great Starbucks but gets a bit busy at peak hours

I regret visiting this Starbucks location. The service was excruciatingly slow and shockingly inattentive, leaving me wondering if the staff even cared about their customers. I ordered a hot cup of coffee but received my coffee lukewarm. Very crowded and messy place, the staff never cleans the tables. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this Starbucks.

All I can say is Maddie deserves a raise. Service with a smile, and really helped me out in a time of need. She is an example of what amazing customer service is. Thank you Maddie, what a lifesaver! Cannot thank you enough, made my day!

I went there on 25 and 26 September there was lot of insect in the food and it is being served to costumers like there is nothing.

We came in to get a hot chocolate and a muffin. Choices are very limited. Better go Costa. When we got to the muffin and cake area, there were several small flies flying around the food. Not great!

All of the drinks taste way better with Oat milk than regular milk. Especially the White Mocha!

Single espresso looks and taste nothing like an espresso. More like a single shot of a dirty water.

This is a nice store. Big. Spacious. Plenty of seating. It can get busy in here. Like most Starbucks. If you're looking for a quiet one - go to Starbucks near HOME.

Beautiful venue to chill and very spacious. Always friendly positive vibe even with chilled out music. Staff there Fraser, Chaltu etc always fantastic, friendly and make my gold member oat late to perfection. Cheers guys and see you again. Kind Regards, Faz

Very ambient indie vibe, the queue was short, standard range of coffees.food stock was superb, I went in the afternoon and everything was fully in stock . But the selection was bad in that there was literally only one vegetarian option of sandwich/panini/pasta which was an all day breakfast one, even though they were fully stocked. So instead if getting a sandwich which I wanted, I got a pastry. Pastry and cakes were a small but standard selection. Seating was extremely poor. There were a couple big tables but mainly very tiny tables, unlike other Starbucks or costas. You could put down a coffee cup and maybe a plate but that's it. No space to write or work except for the couple of big tables. But I do totally get it. See the big tables we're hogged by students who were there like a couple hours not ordering anything except for one coffee all with their laptops doing homework. So that's a table of six with one coffee in two or three hours. They wouldn't make any money. This coffee shop also had many single person tables which was unusual, and many single people went there and sat alone to drink coffee and people watch. It mainly seemed to attract south Asian guys on their own. Great for solo coffee and reading. Bad for working or groups

Typical Starbucks, you know what you'll get. All fine and a good location.

They haven't laid out the seating well after social distancing. It's bigger than a lot of other coffee shops but can only seat about 8 people. It looks like the company don't want your business.

It was very busy due to Chinese New Year, but the staff were efficient and we were served quickly.

No queue yet unable to produce a skinny, decaf, latte in a cup! Order somehow lost?? As I waited & waited finally a ‘frothy’ coffee arrived to go? Didn’t think it was that tricky an order!
