I honestly could not have asked for a better experience and outcome! All the team are amazing, they looked after me from the very 1st appointment. I used to feel so nervous and anxious about visiting the dentist but Dr Tom Hobbs is brilliant, made me feel so at ease. He is a highly skilled dentist, very professional friendly & caring. Could not have wished for a better experience! The reception staff, Jamie and Chloe are so lovely very attentive and always available to answer any of my questions. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always so accommodating I’d give 10 stars if I could :o) it’s an absolute pleasure going in for an appointment.

The team are great, very friendly and easy to talk to. I had Tom do my treatment for Invisalign and I’m now at the end. I’m so happy with the result and I will be continuing future dental treatments here from now on. The reception staff, Jamie and Chloe are the dream team in welcoming and answering any questions all the staff are smiling all the time … showing off those pearly whites 😁 I actually look forward to my appointments xx

The entire team are lovely! I was between a few places but I picked smile stylist because of how friendly and accommodating the entire team are. At the beginning, I sat down with Gemma and there was so pressure but just talked me through the different options. I really appreciated how there were no hidden costs, everything has been included as a package. Thank you to Jamie and Chloe at reception for squeezing me in when I travel up from Birmingham.. Tom and Val you are the dream team (and tunes are always great)! I'm nearly at the end of my treatment and am so pleased with the results. My teeth weren't too bad to start with but with the slight adjustments, my teeth and smile looks completely different. Thanks again to everyone at Smile Stylist, excited for the whitening now.

Cannot recommend Smile Stylist enough. I had been looking for a new practice who my nervous partner could go to & they have honestly been amazing - so much so I’ve signed up to the practice myself now! Dr Ben Gregory has been great, so patient & calm, explaining things thoroughly. Nothing like other dentists I’ve previously seen! Jamie on reception has also been fab. He’s kept me supplied with coffee whilst being here with my partner and his lighthearted, funny conversation has been an excellent distraction whilst waiting. Brilliant dentist and business! I've been coming here for Invisalign for about a year now. From the beginning the team were really friendly and helpful. We discussed through what I was aiming for and I feel like we explored all the options available before making a decision, so no sense of being hard-sold anything! I'm very pleased with progress so far and excited for the final results. I'd totally recommend them! Dr Ben is a fantastic dentist and a really nice guy as well. When I say I cannot recommend Smile Stylist enough, I have never been more confident in a recommendation in my life! I have been with Smile Stylist since January 2023. From the beginning of the initial phone consultation I felt completely at ease and truly cared for. I was enquiring about veneers as I have had so much trouble with my soft and brittle teeth since I was a young child. I was so embarrassed and nervous coming in but I shouldn't have been. The entire team were and are nothing but efficient, kind and incredibly professional. Before a dental plan was even put in place, I had consultations with the head dental nurse and my now dentist Sam. We went through everything. What my options were, reviewing in depth scans of my teeth, step by step how the entire process would work, they couldn't have done enough. There wasn't a single question that they couldn't answer. Once we agreed on the plan we got to work. We started the process in February but unfortunately due to illness I had to pause the treatment plan until September. All I needed to do was send a message explaining my situation. There was absolutely no issue. No pressure to book in. No pressure to continue the treatment. They were so understanding. When I came back in September Sam couldn't have been kinder. Now in November I have the smile of my dreams. Now, if you're thinking like I was, veneers, I can't afford that just for whacking a new tooth up into my gums, but that thought process couldn't be further from the truth. Firstly, you are not just getting the veneer. Included in the full treatment you get whitening trays, digital scans of your teeth, night guards, gum and teeth preparation plan, temporary veneers put in place prior to the permanent ones. You also get a new retainer for when the permanent veneers are in place. Also, they have a variety of payment plans so you can get your perfect smile without putting massive pressure on your budget. Also, I love going to the dentist now 😂 everyone knows my name. Jamie and his team greet you at the door and make you feel at home. The whole team just could not be more incredible. Also, I forgot to mention, you can get veneers and not have your original teeth drilled down to fangs 🌈 So, if you are thinking of getting a new smile, please please start with Smile Stylist. I had my Invisalign through Smile Stylist and I could not have made a better choice! The whole team is so kind and welcoming in the most genuine way. The whole process was seamless and I really appreciated how everything was so clearly explained to me at every stage, how my dentist always took time to answer my countless questions, how there were no hidden costs along the way and how efficient the treatment was. I was done in less than a year and decided to have some cosmetic work done as well and now not a day goes by without me smiling ear to ear and being grateful for this team for making this possible.

I originally came to Smile Stylist for whitening treatment after not being happy with the colour of my teeth. I also previously had braces but had not worn my retainer for a few years and therefore my teeth had moved slightly. Ben provided a fantastic service and said that I could get a retainer made that was both for the whitening treatment and for daily night wear to ensure my teeth do not move further. Overall the experience at Smile Stylist was wonderful and I would definitely consider them again for further treatments ☺️
