I was waiting 30 minutes for my order to arrive. It was easy order ... on my qestion after 20 mintes of waiting where is my food staff member, told me it will be next one ... then 3 orders further I didn't get my food... chicken came cold as was first in the bag and then 20 minus later they manage to put in to it rest of the order. I had no so complicated order and I don't understand why I waited so long for it ... if I would know its take 30 minutes I would go to Nando or any other restaurant to eat chicken ... I could not speak with the manager as she was busy with serving in McDrive. It was looking like they have been understaffed on this shift but it is a customer problem.

I just ordered and they didn’t send me all my food. After I payed £5 for delivery and service when I rang one lady told me to go to them and pick up my food that is missing. Is not first time when they are giving horrible service. I will not recommend them and definitely i will never go back to this one. Staff are horrible as well, not helpful at all.

Everyone who worked there was to busy to pay attention. The toilets (Disabled and women's upstairs where literally covered in urine and faeces. Asked us to pay for dip that should of come with dippers. Definitely needs looking into. Cleanliness/hygiene is a HUGE Problem!

Its very dry, no sauces, onions, tomatoes nothing. I actually asked for it to be juicy and put everything but its just stale buns and dry patties

Has to be the cleanest McD's I have ever visited. My 1st visit. It was just before lunchtime. The gents were spotless and surprisingly not smelly - as they usually are in the rest of McD's that I have visited. The hand dryer was not working but it was not a train smash; plenty of tissues available in the main restaurant area. Let's see if they can maintain it.

The food was cold and the big Mac bun was really hard and stale. The service was extremely poor, in fact the cleaner lady was more helpful than the actual staff behind the counter. The female staff member lying down upstairs across the seats in the closed off section stuffing her face like a pig was gross too.

Delicious and fast this time but sometimes it is the slowest pickup but not always depends on the time but I am glad that always have the MC flurry ...never been "not available" like other MacDonald... Special the one in Harpurhey moston ... without respect for customers and take ages to serve you...

This McDonalds seems to have retained its usual atmosphere for want of better words. It was fairly empty when we went in the morning and it was sunny outside, so it was relaxed. Breakfast with hash brown was nice and the coffee was good (flat white). We tend to be using McDonalds more often than we used to, but that's still rare. However,,, yes, I enjoyed this one at the time we were there. We went again yesterday (23/10/23) and it just wasn't the same. I think in many instances, experiences on many occasions aren't as enjoyable the second time around. It was too crowded this time, service was pretty poor and 'fast food' became a half hour wait. They then got the order wrong, so all in all, a downhill slide for me. Don't know if I'd consider going there again? It is out of my way and we only went out of our way on this occasion due to a good experience we had once.
