What a shame of the food quality is not meet the level of great food due to the busy of demand. Waited for nearly an hour, We were quite disappointed. The chicken burger are soggy and mushy. The chicken wings and chicken pieces are soggy and not crispy at all. Totally let down. The sizes is big and taste is good and not salty. I won't be back. Hope they keep the quality to the crispy on the chicken will be better. The quality doesn't match on the Best spicy chicken burger in the country!

I have read a post recommended this shop. Honestly, I have a question about their sense of taste. I have ordered chicken burgers and spicy chicken wings. Just normal fried chicken. Far from taste good. To be fair, the portion and the price are valuable. But it’s not worth waiting an hour for that. “Fist time and the last time.” The guy waiting in front of me said. What's all the fuss about! Its a standard chicken burger wasn't crispy but to be fair it was hot,so it got eaten! I got the drizzle was just right amount of spice but it had way too much mayo squirted on loooaadsss of lettuce which isn't needed.The wings are cold and soggy! Not worth the hype but for £4.70 for burger, decent amount of chips,drink and a sauce not bad. My teenage son loved it but not his middle aged mum 🤣. CASH ONLY! And it's not service with a smile these guys are too busy to smile!

One word to describe the dipped burgers and hot wings … AMAZING! Definitely the BEST spicy dipped chicken burger I’ve tasted. Super fresh, crispy and piping hot. I went for the full spice dipped chicken burger. The spice level was just right and the burger was juicy, tender and crispy! Miami Crispy definitely lives up to the hype! Their wings were AMAZING too, with the meat literally falling off the bone. If we didn’t have to wait 1hr25mins for our food to be given to us from the point of ordering and if they took card payments, it would have been a solid 10/10. These little details pull them down unfortunately. However, if you do have 2 hours spare, then I would seriously suggest checking this chicken burger out! The constant queues are reflective of just how much everyone loves their food!

The full spice double tower burger is the ultimate chicken burger. You sometimes have to queue for around an hour and 6-8pm seems to be the peak so go outside of these times. No complains on the food at all and fantastic value. Very hot inside due to the amount of people waiting for their food but they have a ticketing system that works very well so you always know where you are in the queue.

Fried chicken meals at incredibly reasonable price, who can resist that? That's why it's always very busy. Yet we thought we'd be adventurous to go there during our one-hour lunch break. We went as a group and I ordered 9 spicy wings meal. Everything was hot in temperature and the fries were crispy. Wings had a spicy kick which I liked but they were definitely not crispy which is quite disappointing. Another downside is the lady who served us behind the counter. Unwelcoming and had an attitude. Still worth a visit if you're there to join the hype but I personally don't think the food is anything special.

Great place! The spicy chicken burger meal is fantastic, and the spicy wings are a hit! Be prepared for a queue, I recommend waiting outside to avoid the stuffy atmosphere inside the shop. Remember to bring cash since they are cash-only. Worth it for the delicious spicy chicken burger, even with new competition around!

OMG, it took about 45 minutes to get ready because it was very busy. Price was reasonable and burger was double decker type. I have seen such juicy,spicy and aromatic burger like this before. As bag was in my vehicle, smell and aroma was amazing. 5 stars. In addition, fries was very tasty.
