I’ve wanted my teeth sorting out since I was in my early teens, and last year, I decided it was time. I’d heard about Rüh Dental on social media, and had read amazing reviews, so I decided they were the best people to trust with this major process. From the start, they were absolutely incredible with me. When I attended my initial consultation, they took time explaining everything to me - from finances, to what options I had available to me in terms of treatment. In the end, we opted for a course of Invisalign, as I wanted my actual teeth to be fixed as opposed to simply having veneers. I began the course in October 2022, and finished in November this year. Quite a lengthy process, but my patience was rewarded. The improvement in my teeth was unbelievable. Once complete, I then began whitening, and finally, I had composite bonding on my front 4 teeth, just to give a perfect finish. I still cannot get over how much better my teeth look now - I could cry with joy! The entire Rüh team have always been amazing with me, but I have to give a special shout out to Matt (my amazing dentist) and Amy (my treatment co-ordinator). The work Matt has done is absolutely unreal, and he was so great at walking me through each step of the process and making sure I was comfortable. Then Amy is one of the loveliest, warmest people I’ve ever met - whilst also being incredibly knowledgable about everything and anything you might need to know about what they do! I genuinely can’t thank the Rüh team enough - if you need some dental work doing, these are the guys to trust!

Amy who organised my visits was simply amazing. From start to finish my treatment was organised so well. There is nothing I hate more than the dentist, but the team at Ruh Dental (Especially Amy, and of course Matt) made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole way through. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone. I live a good 2.5 hours from Manchester, but I happily made the trips up for the level of service I received.

My experience at Ruh dental has been amazing. From my initial appointment with Amy, to my bonding with Dr Billal Arshad, I am so happy. I haven’t smiled in a photo showing my teeth for nearly 20 years and I can now smile confidently showing my teeth. It sounds silly but I feel like a new person. I’m just sorry I didn’t get them done sooner! Amy was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and experienced staff, experts at what they do. Thank you so much 😊

A massive thank you to Dr Sully for doing a fantastic job with my composite bonding treatment! My teeth look amazing, and I have not stopped receiving compliments from family and friends. Throughout the whole process Dr Sully and Amy have put me at ease by explaining in detail my treatment plan and by answering all of my questions. Such an amazing experience from start to finish. The team are incredible and made me feel really clear and confident when deciding what treatment I wanted. I've had composite veneers done and they are perfect! I finally have my dream teeth thanks to Billal. I’ve sat in traffic for 3 hours to get to my appointment before now travelling from North Wales to Manchester. So they must be good!! I could’ve picked the hundreds of dentists I pass on the way, but I didn’t. I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and composite bonding with the team at Ruh Dental - Manchester, after years of wanting it done and researching I knew I wanted to go here! I am such a worrier when it comes to the dentist, naturally it’s not my favourite place and before my appointments get quite anxious - I was made to feel SO comfortable from start to finish. I am a “questioner” and I question everything, which can be annoying haha, but as a young girl paying a lot of money, I wanted to know, and this was encouraged, not dismissed! From the reception staff, to the co ordinations, to the dentists themselves, you feel like you’re in a high end dentist (which you are) but at the same time.. you don’t. Because it’s such a nice atmosphere. I mainly communicated with Amy (treatment co ordinator) who is a star, helping throughout, start to finish! Of course Ravi - the man on a mission to get me the best smile but also, so friendly and kind, most of my appointments were with him and he really is unreal at his job, I don’t think I ever want another dentist after having Ravi! That’s how good he is. For my composite appointment, I had Sulley and Amie. This was a 3-4 hour appointment so I had to be comfortable with them, which I was! Again, I was a nervous patient, sweating before it - but in perfectly good hands. They put good music on (Swedish house mafia always) laughing throughout (even when my mouth was stuck open hahaha), pain free and excited, I can’t even imagine how a 3/4 hour appointment would’ve been with dentists who aren’t like that, I would’ve hated it. Sulley listened to me from the start, I’ve seen a million botch jobs from other dentists, people flying abroad, horror stories so it’s natural to be nervous but I said.. “no turkey teeth” “natural” and “I almost don’t want people to know I’ve had them done” and he did just that. Spot on! Thank you to everyone at Ruh, Love Sophie (the Welsh one who is ALWAYS late and probably will still always be late, sorry!!) xxxx

My journey at Rüh Dental has been great! All the staff are extremely kind and supportive, they gave thorough detail regarding each step of treatment! Dr.Liv is super talented and I couldn’t recommend anyone better for dental treatment! 10/10
