Great atmosphere. Trendy, relaxing and lay back atmosphere. There is a good selection of beers however there's no Guinness available. Lucky enough to be served by Zosia and Vicky. KUDOS to both

Absolutely fabulous service! I was served by Zosia who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Aware that I was at the venue ahead of an interview, Zosia went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The latte was perfect, and the pastries to die for, and of course the service was second to none! Zosia is a natural with people and an asset to the team at Store Street Exchange MCR. Thank you!

• Roasted corn-fed Goosnargh rotisserie half-chicken w/ grilled lemon wedge, concentrated chicken jus and a side of salad • Sweetcorn soup w/ rotisserie chicken, bacon bits, chives and toasted bread I was really looking forward to looking at how they prove their food provenance and traceability regarding the famed Goosnargh poultry from J&S, but the restaurant was unable to provide physical evidence, texture of the breast was dry and tough which was why I asked for evidence.

Absolutely fantastic food all round, and whilst the burger was more than I’d usually pay, it was well worth it. Gorgeous. My mums meal too was a fantastic rotisserie chicken and with a few extra sides it turned into a stunning roast dinner. Not only was the food amazing but the service was great all round, but especially from Sarah and Rihanna. Very helpful throughout the meal as well as just being extremely friendly. If you’re in Manchesterthen I definitely recommend coming this way.

The host was upset that we didn’t have a late lunch reservation for six people, even though the restaurant had several empty tables (which did not fill up while we were there), and we were hotel guests so could not have made an accurate reservation due to flights and transport to the hotel. We ordered nourish bowls and sandwiches which took over 45 minutes to bring and nothing had flavor. The sandwiches were similar to a sandwich from a convenience store or grocery store but was very overpriced. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Visited Manchester and decided to go for dinner, i wasn’t aware that this so called restaurant is attached to a hotel chain which is a bit disappointing.. we spent £91 and regretted it, will not be returning. Staff lovely, fairly clean, however the food was not great. Calamari and garlic bread starter was okay, we ordered two steaks and they were terrible.. i am not a big fan of “service charges” that get put on the bill at 10%. My partner didn’t read the receipt properly and ended up paying nearly £10 in tips which was not worth the food we had. We were both very disappointed.

I have stayed at this hotel for 26 nights over the past 2 mths, and I found it to be a very pleasant experience. The reception staff are very nice at all times. The restaurant staff are very professional, I would describe the team there as a well oiled machine and perform their operations very smoothly. Makes front of house look so easy you’d wonder how others can get it so wrong. Of course it is helped by the top notch food quality coming out from the kitchen. Bravo to all the team there.

The staff and service very good but extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered the sharing platter which cost £49.50 and sad to say there was only enough food for one person. The small amount of chicken was nice the pork was tasty but the beef was very over cooked, very dry and tasteless. Would not recommend this restaurant very over priced for what you get.

100000000/10!!!😍🤤 Me and my partner shared the full chicken with chips and gravy and we also had a side of Mac and cheese. The chicken was amazingggg! Never tasted chicken so nice. The gravy was stunning and the chips were seasoned and cooked to perfection!!!! We don’t live nearby and we have both said we’re going to miss that chicken and willing to travel over 2 hours to have it again. We also had dessert and cocktails. Both were lovely and the meal was decently priced. All staff were lovely and so friendly and very chatty!! Would recommend it to anyone, especially the chicken!!!!🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Being a tourist from the South I love seeing northern inspired dishes on the menu. Fancy a delicately prepared Bury black pudding sausage roll? All meat is high quality, locally sourced and prepared well (maybe a little on the overly-cooked side for some). The stand out ingredient was the melt in the mouth pork.

They really went the extra mile for my dinner party, great service, fab food, brilliant space!!!

Very underwhelming Took about 40 minutes for food to arrive, service average. I had the chicken and chips chicken was dry and had no seasoning on it. I later found out by looking at photos it was meant to come with gravy, there wasn't any on my plate. Another person on the table had the soup it was bland and watery. We weren't even checked on throughout our time there. Service charge? For what? Wouldn't recommend

Burgers were delicious! Although it's a restaurant at a hotel, there is nice atmosphere, good music to chill and kind service.

Attached to the Hilton is this beautiful open seating area for guests. It's well lit, with gorgeous furniture, serving delicios food and coffee. Must try the chicken soup! It was divine!

Part of Double Tree Manchester set up. Efficient and friendly service, reasonable food quality, excellent rose wine (Pino Grigio). Also, a very well-organized breakfast buffet the other morning. Well done!

Really nice restaurant located near Piccadilly Gardens station. I ordered half a rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and it was delicious. The cocktails are also very nice! The staff are lovely and it's a quiet yet classy restaurant.

This place offers 20% off food and drink with a Canal Street card. I got the terrifically-filling Half Goosnargh Chicken, served nice and hot, swapping my fries for sweet potato ones. Sadly, my friend was disappointed with the portion size of her meal (some sort of pork belly dish from the Specials) and left hungry. There’s not an incredible amount of choice on the menu- if you happen to be passing by or are staying at the hotel, coming here for one or two meals would be alright for convenience.

Food is great. quite expensive thou. they welcome my guide dog buddy dog and offer water. lovely and friendly staffs. clear food away from table in good manner.

The worst meal and service I've had in a long time. Terrible, bland food (fatty, undercooked steak, miniscule chicken burgers). Rubbish cocktail and ran out of the beer the party were drinking. Took 20-30 mins to bring anything we ordered (drinks, sauces, a steak knife!) if it turned up at all. We were sat with dirty plates in front of us for the best part of an hour when we'd finished. Avoid!

Lovely restaurant and hats off to the staff who were fantastic when we came here for a birthday lunch. The menu for lunch however was a real let down. Its obvious that they don't really cater for the lunch crowds as we were the only ones here when we came during the week. When the restaurant is called Meat Exchange, I was expecting more than the option of a deli sandwich. Not to say the sandwich wasn't good, as it was. I was just expecting more options. I think they should either extend the lunch menu or just not open for lunch... dinner menu looked amazing... maybe just skip the lunch and wait for dinner. Other than that, no complaints from me

Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning of our stay. The staff are simply delightful, especially Grace and Lilly. Assortment of eggs, meats, breads, vegetables, yogurt, fruits and beverages (hot and cold). Very clean and food was delicious. All staff were helpful and friendly

Nice spot.. Nice decor, friendly staff.. not a Hugh selection of craft beer but good. Very conformable sofa's and seats.. there are a few TVs too.

A truly delightful waitperson, nice e atmosphere. Not too noisy Breakfast the next morning was excellent with a wide range of choices.
