All the gear but no idea. I love a good American style bbq joint and was excited for this new place. 50% off in August, but I didn't expect half the service too. Drinks took about 15minutes to arrive and then food came an hour later. We asked for water 3 different times and only after our food was finished did it arrive. The banana beer is nice, definitely worth trying. But the food wasn't amazing or anything to brag about. The overall service was just slow and half hearted and it was only half full. I think given its only just opened they're still finding their feet but it'd take a lot of convincing for me to go back.

A shambolic, baffling and poor quality experience. We visited on a busy Saturday evening. Our drink order was taken quickly, but things went downhill from there. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our food order - we resorted to waving down a server. It was clear the staff were very busy. Two of us had ordered brisket & burnt ends, but when the food arrived we noticed there were no burnt ends on the plates. It turns out they had run out of burnt ends, but rather than telling us and offering a replacement, they just tried to blag it. We were offered another side as a replacement, but we felt this wasn't an equal value replacement, so we asked for a half rack of ribs. This was refused - they just brought more brisket. The problem was that the brisket was as tough as old boots. I struggled to cut through it and it gave my jaw a real workout. It was like tough frying steak. The meal also came with texas toast, which was missing the toppings, so it was just thick dry toast. The fries were very dry and dull. It was one of the worst meals I've ever eaten. I regret not sending it back, but I don't like to make too much of a fuss, and frankly I was famished enough to eat this rubbish. My friends said their burgers were very dry and overcooked. Another friend did enjoy her steak though. This was one of my worst restaurant experiences - the bad food, the appalling service and having the cheek to serve half a meal and then argue when we point this out. We eventually managed to get one of the brisket meals refunded, but even this was a challenge. Truly appalling guys - also, you need to clean the greasy floor near the pass/toilets. My wife slipped and sprained her ankle.

It was our first time here for a birthday meal and it was rather a let down, firstly things missing off the menu like the entire pizza section leaving one member with nothing to eat. The meat wasn't as tender as we expected and the macaroni balls were awful, I personally thought my meal was rather bland. The birthday boy ordered the "challenger" which he refused to finish because bits of it were too dry and the whole point of a challenger is some form of recognition for doing it hence the hefty price tag but no, nothing here and it certainly isn't worth ยฃ25! The decor is lovely and the staff were pleasant but we wouldn't come back again

Excellent. The current lunchtime deal of any burger/fries and a drink for ยฃ9.50 is ludicrous value. Iโ€™ve tried the brisket and burnt ends too, very good! Great place as well, nice surroundings and ambience. Recommended!

A great concept that fails to deliver. Booked in a large table for my birthday meal and we were severely disappointed. For a place which consider themselves a โ€œsmokehouseโ€ the meat was poor quality, dry, fatty, tasteless, lacked a good marinade and sauces and just that little bit of TLC. Pictures can be deceiving! From burgers to ribs not one of our party weโ€™re happy with the food it was bang average if not below, itโ€™s quite expensive so for the price it is just very very poor and unreflective. I would avoid this place as there are so many better options in town where you can taste higher quality for similar prices. Very disappointing, the only saving grace is that the staff are accommodating and friendly.

Good ambience. Social distancing in place (September 2020). Good taste and great service. My friend and I ordered the 30ยฃ meal for two and it was fit for three people. We couldn't finish it. Had to take it home.

Came here for drinks only so had limited experience here. The venue was too quiet and lacking atmosphere which is a shame because it looked like a nice place to chill out in. There are TVs around showing sports and a large dining/bar area. Staff were friendly and nice. Place was clean and cosy. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any access for wheelchair users as you'll need to go down a short flight of stairs. Other than that I would like to come back to try out their food menu as it looked good.

We went here for a works do and on a very busy night in Manchester so the place was extremely busy. The menu is good with plenty of choice and the food arrived hot and visually appetizing. My Chicken burger came with chicken gravy which I would have swore was more of a peppercorn sauce though. the noise was extreme at times but as I said before it was very busy indeed. I would like to go back when it wasn't as rammed as the food was lovely and there were many other appealing items on their menu to try.

Didn't go out for food but just drinks. Which were little pricey but it is a centre Manchester location. Staff are friendly and service was good. They have sky sports on for football which is a bonus unless you don't like that.. toilets are clean and a bit fancy.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
