I'm
quite
disappointed.
I
had
stayed
in
2
YHA
London
(Soho
and
Canary
wharf
)
before
but
the
one
in
Manchester
isn't
that
good.
1)The
checkin
is
at
5pm
AND
you
can't
be
in
the
room
between
1pm
and
4pm.
All
of
this
to
clean
(covid)
BUT
the
cleaning
wasn't
made
in
our
room...
Same
hair
in
the
shower
for
two
days
and
I
don't
think
the
bin
bag
has
been
changed
I'm
sorry
but
why
do
we
have
to
pay
the
full
fee
if
we
can't
stay
in
the
room
and
if
the
cleaning
isn't
made
properly?
2)
They
ask
the
unvaccinated
people
to
show
a
negative
test
even
when
we
know
that
vaccinated
people
can
also
spread
the
virus...
Why
don't
you
ask
a
negative
test
to
everybody?
3)They
ask
you
to
let
the
window
open
in
the
room
...
4)The
worst
part
was
for
the
suitcase.We
arrived
in
the
morning
and
we
wanted
to
leave
our
suitcase
at
the
hotel.
The
staff
told
us
that
since
the
checkin
is
at
5pm,
it
was
only
possible
to
leave
it
in
a
locker...that
needed
cash
!
We
had
no
cash
and
the
nearest
ATM
was
15
minutes
walking
distance
.
It
was
raining.
I
walked
to
2
ATM
machines
but
they
weren't
working
The
girl
at
the
reception
barely
listened
to
us
,
she
went
back
to
what
she
was
doing
,
in
a
rude
way.
She
and
her
colleague
didn't
try
to
help
us...
They
were
like
"we
can't
keep
your
suitcase
because
of
covid
"...
They
could
,
and
should,
have
found
a
solution
!
(Or
mention
it
when
you
book
the
room
on
the
website)
I
think
that
this
hostel
should
stop
using
the
covid
as
an
excuse
for
anything
.
Thanks
anyway
to
the
Spanish-speaking
woman
at
the
reception
who
is
nicer
than
her
colleagues
