Since the refit there are far too few manned checkouts and too many self serve. Waited 25 minutes to buy a gift card. Recommend avoiding.

Need more staff on tills. Or if a que then all tills need to be in full capacity use till the qué is down, that's what they're there for? Instead of staff walking around with only 2 on with a snake of a qué. Stresses the workers on tills out and Many times see people leave because it's not worth the crazy wait. like hello trying to give you our money and making it hard!

Best place for me to shop from. Love Thier simple/basic article. Variety is low as compared to others.

The security guard working on 21st August evening was extremely rude- so would say poor customer service was provided.

It's Valentine's Day today and I'm all alone, so to make myself feel a little better I headed upstairs to the sales rack and found a mustard coloured sweater for the incredible price of £13! As I write this review, the initial thrill of a cheaply priced new garment has now worn off and I'm back to feeling a little sad & very alone. Alas, I'll probably be back on this day in 2023 for another cheap shot of consumerism.

I'm sure it would've been great if it was actually open but alas it has closed and has moved to the Trafford centre. Great store and staff, but the new self service, remove your own alarms from clothing thing caused a bit of chaos at the doors.

A worker told someone that just joined the end of a very long queue that they could do a return on a different till (without a queue) as it would be quicker. A bit later a manager came over and berated the poor guy for doing so. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Clearly the manager loves a power trip. Perhaps instead of ruining someone’s day you could have helped out with the multiple long queues in your shop.

Fabulous clothes for fair prices and loving the new home range

A nice little pop up shop, but the pictures do not represent the store. It has a very small selection of stock and limited sizes. Nice for what it is, but don’t expect the full range.

Went in to buy shoes for work and the staff were so friendly especially Callum he was very helpful

Always come here for my teenage sons clothes. He hates shopping and we seem to get most of his gear here in one go. Reasonably priced also.

My daughter loves this place you pay for what you get and I think that's true. The clothes are better quality wash well and keep their colour longer

I love H&M for their basics. Recently I have noticed that some items such as certain tracksuit bottoms are not of the quality they were before.

Huge thank you to the manager from male section who went out of his way to strip the last hoodie of a mannequin so I can have it. It was my birthday as well so it meant a lot.

Finally they have new arrivals,very fashionable trousers,bags,hats,mostly white,cream,brown,beige colours which is very IN.A new thing that I discovered was I pods case that u can hook it on your trousers let's say.

Went in today to buy a couple of bits. A hoodie and vest. At the till upstairs on menswear I was served by a really helpful friendly guy. Wish I’d gotten his name now but he has dark wavy hair. He told me about the 15% off for members which was a nice bonus because I’d even forgotten I’d signed up. He was patient and didn’t rush me even though I’d forgot my password and had to reset it which took a minute or two. All in all he was great and is how all sales people should be!

I like H&M design. Especially a lot of nice kids clothes. And wide of women clothes. But in my opinion there is not enough variety for men. Prices seem reasonable. Polite staff.

It's so nice inside, plenty of mirrors and the clothes are organised around the shop well. Pretty good quality stuff and a good range. Love it!

I was shopping in the store in Nov 26 and had accidentally dropped them somewhere. The tall, thin young man with long brown curly hair who found them for me was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me. I truly appreciate his quick thinking and willingness to assist me. His actions made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Thank you again for your excellent customer service and for making my experience at H&M a positive one. I will definitely continue to shop at your store in the future.

I have come here for many years for jeans etc but following the recent renovation it has all gone to pot. The men's section upstairs is laid out like a jumble sale with no clear hierarchy or route to find items of different clothing. The fitout itself is actually incredibly dated - the new balustrade, the first thing you on the escalators looks like something from a 1990s wine bar. Worst of all there is no staff on hand and the tills upstairs has become fully self checkout even though you are paying £30 per item! What is the point of bricks and mortar clothes store if there are no staff? You may as well shop with ASOS and Boohoo. A truly dreadful and soulless clothes shopping experience! I will shopping at Next and River Island from now on - at least I know a member of staff will be available if I need help finding something or returning anything.
