There is an employee who works in the morning shift, his treatment is very bad. I did not receive the order for 30 seconds or less. He told me, do you want your coffee today or tomorrow?

I really don’t like the attitude and rude behaviors of two specific employees. One is male staff who has fair skin, a big beard and a tattoo on his left arm. The other female staff has fair skin and dark hair and is about mid-thirties. I have been visited this shop for over one year and their rude attitude has never changed only become worse and worse. They literally laugh at me in public because I didn’t catch the name of coffee, which me very embarrassed and angry. I hope they can change their attitudes and become more patient. We live in a civilized country so they need to act more polite.

Ginger shots are the thing. Nut bars were delicious. After paying for the shots we wanted to add the bars, here the cashier just offered it for free, I wish I had his name, would have mentioned him!

This place is amazing! They offered the best coffee and showed the best attitude to its customers. The service was very good and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. I really like it.

Good drinks but slow and doesn’t seem to be well organised. It was quite busy and the staff seemed like they were fed up and not the usual friendliness you expect in pret. It wasn’t really helped that there were about 15 people crowded around the till waiting for drinks and only 1 person making hot drinks at a time despite 4 staff members behind the counter. We ordered within 2 mins but ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes for our drinks. Fortunately the drinks were nice

I love the food from here, service is always amazing. Occasionally it can be busy but queue goes down quick, it is usually quick to pay for my lunch and head off with it. One of my go to places for food in this area.

Awesome especially with the voucher super staff. Toilets could be cleaner but that says more about the guests than it does about the staff... Their prosciutto sandwich is just as it should be made !

The staff are very helpful and kind, I would recommend it to anyone that wants something to eat in Manchester Central

This chain of sandwich shops is always consistently good, their food and drinks will never let you down.

Avoid this particular cafe. Staff were quite rude. They behaved like moody teenagers. Any issues regarding your order could have been resolved without attitude. Food and drink was ok, but still in my opinion, not worth it for the unpleasant interaction that is included. Plenty of other cafes in the city offering better service. Cheers :)

Friendly staff. Clean, good atmosphere... quiet enough to sit with your computer. They sell what we could call healthy food, breakfast, lunch etc... you take the food from fridge shelves such as salads, sandwiches, fruits... They also have soups. If you like the healthy style give it a try, maybe a bit pricy but I think its worth

Service is ok. Not far from Oxford street station or Manchester library. Is on one of main bus routes. Can get to Wilmslow road and Manchester museum easily from there. A downside to this location is that there's only one toilet and not to much seating.

Pret is dependable and a staple lunch venue in the high st. Their Posh Cheddar Baguette is a big hit with my son. Their menu is rather versatile and reliable. 10/10 for a continued positive performance.

Always busy, but it's a good place for people watching as it looks out onto a busy intersection. Standard pret but make a mistake with your order, and the servers will scold you like a schoolchild, but apart from that just your standard pret

The server suspected me using two subscriptions code just because he didn’t notice my friend did scan his own code. He refused to order for me through I explained we have in total two subscriptions for each of us. Finally I got my drink but it’s a bit frustrating… Don’t blame people if you are not sure😅 Apart from this, drinks are good as other Pret.

I order and waited a while I noticed they didn’t make my drink on purpose and made other costumers drink and when the other employee noticed me they gave me an incorrect order and I needed to wait even more.

Good food and drink, great service, very busy but this is as you would expect in a Pret A Manger. Would recommend.

The sandwiches in Pret A Manger never disappoint me, it’s juicy, full of flavour and fresh. I can always rate it for 5 stars if it’s just about food. However the service in this branch (Oxford street Manchester) could really improve a bit, the cashier is really slow, it took nearly 5 minutes for one customer to pay for his food and drinks, while I was only in a queue of 3, I waited for over 10 minutes just to pay for my sandwiches.

My go-to eatery when staying at hotels. Nice to pick up a light sandwich and some snacky-snacks to eat in the comfort of the hotel room. Plus, saves a few pennies cause don't have to order room services.

I missed lunch, so was starving around 3pm. Manchester had many places to choose from, but I wasn't in the mood for surprises, so I headed to my nearest Pret. They didn't have what I was looking for (haloumi wrap), so they put in a batch (15 min wait). Everything as expected. 5 stars.

no other coffee shop even compares to the sublime customer service that pret a manager has. aleks, klaudia, abby, dolores all make me feel welcome and serve my coffee with a smile, very cute smiles i should add.

Sandwich was nice but expensive. Cofee was weak. Servic poor. Excellent location to watch people go by.

A Pret is a Pret - quality stuff. This one is open on weekends which is a bonus. Try their New York style sandwich on rye bread.

Im here today with my sleeping toddler. They might close at 5pm but bfre 4pm theyre already closing the other area and moved the other people to the other side where i am,moving the chairs intentionally making noise. i look at the staff many times.. i know they understood but theyre intentionally making noises to make my toddler wake up and for us to move.not very considerate

i normally go there every other day, but every time l go here they have the best staff always nice and helpful, sometimes there is some rude staff but sometimes some amazing and nice there was some guy with a beard l think his name is Alek he is always really nice and friendly and always likes to talk to me my bulgarian friend

Who can fault Pret-a-manger food. It's always fresh and this place is no exception. This branch can get busy and doesn't have a large seating area. Staff are polite and effective, they just get their job done. On one side of the restaurant you can sit and watch the diners in MacDonalds across the road, it's like staring across the grey river of Acheron watching the hopelessly damned souls consuming their comestibles whilst they stare vacantly back at you hoping to be saved from their fate worse than death.

It was my first time going to pret i was buying myself a drink and there was 2 boys on the tills , a homeless man came in and asked if they could make him a drink because he was thirsty one of the guys called Aleks took his time and spoke to him and said he would make him a drink and gave him some food for free and that honestly made my day as normally all places i go to they kick out all homeless people but this staff member decided to take his time to help somebody in need . We need more people like this honestly what a lovely person 😃. Overall amazing experience the coffee was nice it was made by the other guy but l didn’t caught his name :( they were both supper nice and friendly but Aleks honestly made my day

Love the staff in this Pret. Everyone super friendly and items always re-stocked quickly. Only small complaint is that they always seem a bit too busy to properly steam/froth the milk in the morning. A latte is meant to have some foam on it - 7 times out of 10 lately it's just coffee with some milk thrown in. Hope this gets fixed as tempted to cancel club membership as not worth it if not.
