This surely feels like a pop up coffee shop in a historic building - it certainly does not deter from the excellent brews and the fast, friendly and efficient service. The member of staff who served me was very unhelpful and quite rude when I was clearly inexperienced with using Starbucks. He then proceeded to write the wrong name on my drink, then go on his phone which I thought was unprofessional. I’m not usually one to complain but it doesn’t take much to serve someone a coffee.

I Visted yesterday and ordered a black Americano. It was basically just like drinking hot water, I had to take it back unfortunately as it had no taste and ask for a new one, the second one was just as bad. It is the most easiest coffee order and for this reason I am giving them this review, there was a chance to correct the problem but it wasn't the case. All the staff seem quite unhappy and the use of phones behind the counter in a customer service role like this, it is usually permitted.

Staff had absolutely no sense of humour, nor customer service skills. Maybes they really hate working for the company, who knows. To charge 5p for a cup is just absolutely insane, I fully understand the nation wants us to reuse caedboard (in this case cups) but to charge 3.65 for a small coffee THEN 5p for the cup i just think is scandalous. I am on a day trip out and don't often drink coffee but thought i would treat myself to a coffee, So i do not carry a reusable cup round. On a plus note i did enjoy my decaf mocha.

Everyone inside is depressed, made my drink completely wrong, using mobile phones on service. Low standard hygiene with flies openly resting on utensils, awful atmosphere. Avoid this place at all costs. The guy called guy needs to be sacked.

Service 10/10 hazelnut crunch hot chocolate 10/10 Bit busy but manage to get a seat wile waiting for the train

Veganised toffeenut latte, I can die happy. Well, I had to sell a kidney for it but it was worth it. Also, such a cute location, feels like you're brought back in time. And thank you to the server who waited patiently while I couldn't make up my mind and asked about 12 questions before ordering.

I really enjoy the coffee at Starbucks, and the atmosphere is always cozy and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they always remember my name and preferences. I appreciate that I never have to repeat my order because they always remember it. Overall, it's a pleasure to come back every time. Thank you!

Had to tell the barista to put ice in an iced chai latte and the drink definitely wasn’t what was asked for. But it was because “there was an extra pump of chai”as if that wouldn’t be an indication to remake the drink to a suitable standard. Customer service was appalling.

Bella and team provided an excellent service. Warm and friendly, my coffee was served hot. Ambience of the cafe is lovely and very clean. Highly recommend this branch.

I come here regularly as I work around the corner and all staff are amazing, today my barista was Bella, she was so polite and smiley and always makes every visit special! Nothing is too much trouble and I honestly wouldn’t go to another Starbucks! very happy with the service thank you Bella 🖤

Why can’t I give 0 stars? £4 for a coffee, it’s carelessly made makes and incredibly expensive compared to other stores. It doesn’t offer any other value than a premium location which is not a rationale for me to come back.

Tastefully decorated, excellent staff, coffee is good but overpriced (it's Starbucks after all). They always play some wonderful smooth jazz. Could genuinely spend several hours here just looking at people.

Obviously very convenient for train and tram travel. Added bonus is the beautiful Victorian tiled space it occupies. Space to sit inside or on the station concourse.

One of my favourite starbucks in town, the staff are always so friendly! Jahid was lovely today and told me about the vegan whipped cream they do!!

Charged me £2.10 for a kids foam. When I questioned it, I was then told they should have charged me £3, more than a coffee of the same size. Manager became quite aggressive when I asked for a refund. Kids foams are usually free in Starbucks or a nominal fee. Is this normal practice elsewhere??

Last time I ordered a Mocha it was perfect. This time it was bad taste a bit and also no cream on top like I asked. The staff is friendly and fast though.

Lovely old building, courteous staff. Personally I would prefer a quieter environment - or instrumental music instead of pop. Dimmer lighting would be a bonus. I wanted a can of coke or pepsi, some kind of caffeinated cola but could only get an Innocent sweet fizzy drink. £7 seems a lot for a toasty and a can of pop. £4 or £4.50 would be mode reasonable

Not a good store. Staff there were rubbish. I asked for no ham products and they gave me ham. I went back to state that I didn't eat ham and stated this. The staff were rude and didn't want to change it. So if you have food allegies or religious food exemptions then don't go to this store. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

I would like to give a compliment to Jahid of Victoria Station Starbucks. He was very friendly and profressional. He made sure that everyone's table was clear before we sat down to eat/drink and checked that our orders were correct. His pride in his work made everyone in this very busy branch of Starbucks feel welcome and at home.

Was sat outside the shop when a staff member approached me with a sample of the pretzel hot chocolate. This drink really took me by surprise, very rich chocolate taste with a sprinkle of pretzels on the chocolate whipped cream. Perfect pick me up winter drink.

Been getting caramel Frappuccino pretty much every week at this place for uni, to stop myself getting tired but today was the worst I’ve very had. It was watery , blended so quick and felt so light tasted like foam. They rushed it like a minute to make having that lack of quality of it . I’m a regular customer but come on now . They need to get it together 🤢

Popped in here a few times for a coffee. It has always been pretty much what you would expect from a Starbucks. The store can get extremely busy which is too be expected. Can say that I get decaff and they have never got it wrong which is more than some places.

This Starbucks is exceptional! Their coffee is top-notch, the baristas are friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is efficient. Highly recommended for any coffee lover!
