We live in NYC and have been to hundreds of restaurants both locally and abroad. This is by far the worst dining experience we have ever had. Our host, who also turned out to be our waiter, was incredibly rude and arrogant. We made a reservation and requested to sit by the water, and he said those tables were already reserved. However, no one had come to sit there throughout the time we were dining. He was rude throughout our time dining there, and we had to ask several times for the check. We were watching him interact with other waiters, and he was so bossy and rude. Look on Yelp, and you will see another person who had an awful service experience at this restaurant. The food we got was mediocre - a burger and a king prawn salad. Two dishes that are hard to make mediocre. I can pay $5 for a better burger, it was a complete waste of 20 euros. This restaurant is grossly overpriced for mediocre food and horrible service. If you are looking for good food and good atmosphere, I encourage you to go elsewhere where you can have a server that isn’t so arrogant. I wish I asked for a refund.

Thank you for a lovely stay, we really enjoyed our experience at Hotel Belle Plage. Unfortunately, the reason it’s not 4 or 5 stars, was because there were a few details during our stay that were at times disappointing. We actually only stayed at Hotel Belle Plage for one night, as the Martinez Hotel was fully booked for the last part of our trip - so I hope the contrast isn’t too jarring as they are very different. But, it was frustrating to be woken up at 0600 in the morning as construction noises were coming from outside our window… or to have a housekeeper burst into our room without knocking or warning in the middle of the afternoon. Also, the food menu was extremely limited and they couldn’t accommodate any requests, and room service ended extremely early/ the concierge was unable to help me with basic requests, which at the Martinez would of been possible. Also, to check out we had to wait 40 minutes as there was only one receptionist. This also seemed bizarre considering from what we can tell the hotel is pretty empty… we’ve hardly seen anyone here, and the receptionist kept answering the phone rather than dealing with clients. Otherwise it’s a really fun boutique hotel, with a Soho House feel - but a little bit of a walk from the heart of Cannes. It’s aesthetic is clean and minimal.

Very beautiful hotel and rooms in a wonderful location. Extremely helpful and effective Reception/Concierge team who sorted out multiple reservations, appointments etc. for us. We were a large group and everyone loved their rooms, whether they had a sea view or not. The 8th floor restaurant/bar has stunning views and the staff there were very efficient and responsive. This was the first time in years, anywhere, that on a very busy Friday evening, the drinks came fast and with a smile (I do hope that the management of the so-called five-star Belle Rive in Juan les Pins come over and learn how it is done!). Overall, a fantastic experience.

What a pleasure it was to stay a Hotel Belle Plage. Our room was quite small, but was very clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the sea. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower and sink had great water pressure. The elevator was fast, although there is only one elevator. The Wifi was fast but, as I recall, there was no password; it was an open network. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was excellent. I'll write a separate review for that one, since it deserves attention.

We stayed here in our honeymoon and we enjoyed every second of it. Staying here made our trip more enjoyable the staff are very welcoming and friendly and the renewed rooms are really comfortable. Here is a photo of our view from the balcony. Thanks for the great service.

Had a reservation for €79/person for brunch on Jan 1st. Later they call to say price is now 129€ for said date. Unacceptable behaviour to change the price for a reservation already made.

An absolutely fab hotel. Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms, excellent staff and a lovely rooftop restaurant and bar. Fantastic stay, I’ll definitely be back.

Spa Review: The women at the spa always go above and beyond!! First, the facility is top notch. As it has just opened, everything is spotless and designed beautifully. We visited 3x in a week and each experience was sheer bliss. The massages were phenomenal, as well. The products are known and loved such as Kos and Augustinus Bader. Highly recommend. Restaurant: Kirsty makes you feel like you are in a home away from home! She is simply the best. The food was out of this world. We ordered 3 of the banana bread between two people because it was just that good. You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes on the menu! Highly recommend the visit!

I truly can not say enough good things about our experience here. Belle Plage is an aesthetic dream down to every detail, including the fact it is filled with the most lovely staff. A day wasn't complete without breakfast at the Villa - Kristy & her team make you feel like the most significant people in a room, going above and beyond the bringing of fresh detox juices, and sending you away with banana bread & perfect plans for the day. We had an immaculate massage & indulged in the all too luxe spa that I *highly* recommend a visit to. Alice or literally any of the staff were so helpful with any reservations, recommendations, needs small or large, to make our stay the perfection that it was. Thank you so much for going the extra mile, I cannot wait to come back!

I stayed at Hotel Belle Plage during ILTM. Very convenient location. 10 to 15mins walking away from Palais des Congrès. The Staff is adorable. Alice, the Guest Relations Manager, takes care of your stay in a very detailed way. Turns out she is from my same hospitality university and ir shows!! Magalie at the reception very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and everything is fresh. Didn't get the chance to see the SPA but heard very good things about it. The design of the rooms are unique and very "Beachy". Clean interior. Lovely view. Will be back again next time I am in Cannes for sure.

Can’t believe this beautiful hotel is only a 4* hotel - we had a 5* experience! The Hotel Belle Plage is in a fantastic location to explore Cannes, with beautiful views of the beach. The staff were always very friendly & helpful. Our room was spotless, quiet & very comfortable. We made the most of the spa facilities in the Villa Belle opposite, which was also superb. We felt like the only guests in the building! Thank you Hotel Belle Plage for a wonderful stay! We will be back! :)

We went to the roof top restaurant to celebrate my son’s birthday. Staff was amazing - they accommodated every single request we had and were very kind! Food was delicious and overall atmosphere very enjoyable. View is beautiful. Much better service than in other overrated places in Cannes. Definitely recommend.

Hey there! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and decoration (WOW) and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I had the chance to experience the brunch – and would definitely recommend it – don’t miss it. Looking fwd to see you again in May.

Very good hotel literally on the beach. It's right on the main promenade surrounded by many typical restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and breakfast is solid (even though I'd like to have more of the regular bread instead of sweet one). The only problem may be with parking, the hotel underground garage is very small and there is no chance to park on the street. I used parking-house 5 minutes of walk where you can buy a week parking card. I'd come again here.

Our friends advised us to come and see the view and we don't regret it! The atmosphere and the breakfast were really great, thanks to the young waiter mateo for the service and for welcoming us with a smile, we will certainly come back.
