One of the landlords is so disrespectful, the pipes need to be cleaned so bad that if the apartment closed up for an hour it smells really bad. From my experience the landlord told me everything another person on the apartment did in tge privacy of his home, they have no sense of negotiation or understanding, living there my ex-boyfriend had a car mart so he drove different cars and the landlord came and asked who was coming to me and that I should be careful who I bring there and Thank God I moved because after they broke in a bunch of people's car I didn't feel safe especially with the gate being kept open.

Expensive. No security, women got rapped every other month and men got rob quite often. Yet the rent is expensive...the building doesn't offer much in-terms of security either. Waste of money...

The apartments are nice and the rooms are big. I don't mind the prices the only problem I ha e is the water makes me sick I'm not sure how often they clean the tanks

Great place to rent a room. The surrounding in well kept and you can sure you'll have a lot if privacy.

Very nice aparrments for students to rent nice view spacious rooms at an affordable cost. Easy to get transportation to go into Mandeville .
