My house was reroofed during extremely bad weather as a system passed Jamaica and I got no leaking during the exercise. My roof is to die for with just the best crew you can ask for. I would easily be a repeat customer. I think they are arguably the best in roofing locally and my slate tiles are just beautiful. My heart is flipping with joy. Extremely happy.

Woooow, I don’t really know where to start. I am so overwhelmed and satisfied with the service of this company, their work and the help and caring attitude of the staffs especially Miss Janet Ashemead who assisted my mom from start to finish. My mother came to use this company after seeing several exceptional work that was completely in the community on numerous houses. After making enquires she got in touch with the actually workman who put her in touch with Matthews and Clarke Ltd. She was privileged to have Miss Ashmead a representative who work closely with her to meet her budget, Miss Ashmead also helped her to choose colours and design of the roof that was suitable for her home, I have never seen my mother this happy in years, especially when all was completed. We have been getting compliments about the roof even before it was completed. I live in the UK and Miss Ashmead sent me pictures daily so I could see the process . The roof was done exceptionally neat, workman kept us up dated at every level. This Company is one of a kind. Customer service is out of the world...like none other. The office staff led by Janette are all excellent in responding to queries and do so with a pleasant demeanor. Janette herself is a gem to work with. They did my roof within the agreed completion time..give or take a few days due to rains...so that was out of their control. As a result I had my brand new roof for Christmas. The workmen were very very professional always ensuring the place is cleaned up at the end of each day. Very respectful, no rowdy or out of order behaviour. Its no surprise because Mr. Matthews himself is the consumate professional, he doesnt talk much, but he listens well and gives great advise. They will be doing my ceiling. Looking forward to that and will come back to give a review on that as well. 5/5 for me so far.
