Worse worse delivery company!! I’ve used this app several times and every time I’m more disappointed. Getting my food cold every time because the rider delivers to me last. I will never use this company again. Y’all need to do better for a company that charges so expensive.

Used this service several times. Their app is laggy and has several issues. The communication skills of their employees is poor. I never write bad reviews but back to back bad experiences has caused this. After ordering from a restaurant that was on the app they didn’t update it to let me know that restaurant was closed then 30 minutes after my order I’m let known that I will have to order from kfc and to make it worse they got my order wrong. I’m assuming they don’t care anymore after being somewhat established. I’m disappointed that their standard has deteriorated.

We waited over 6 hours for our order. After being misinformed by the representative and lied to, we were then extorted for their mistake! There was no one with the courtesy to resolve the issue. I was promised a call back to do so and no one called. It was terrible service and I encourage everyone to find an alternative.

They make excellent deliveries. They take responsibility seriously. Additionally, you can place orders. You'll get it on schedule.

I've always have a good experience with this company but one I got a wrong order didn't like the fact that the driver wasn't professional he had someone else in the vehicle while he was doing the delivery my order got left on the counter of the store I had order my meal 12:50 pm and I got to eat at 5:00 pm because of the ordeal because of that driver I deleted the app and won't be using the service anymore

The worse delivery persons ever !!!! Plus when u call and if they answer all they give is attitude… driver as picked up the food all 1/2 hour driver can’t reach with food. THE WORSE!!!

On several occasions I use this service and it is poor. First they mix up my grocery order and buy what they want and not what I asked. But what's so upsetting is booking a taxi service from Street Smart. They accepted the order and when we were waiting on the taxi in the late evening no one showed up and no one were answering the phone. A day later, the canceled the order with no communication and that was it. I do not recommend you using this service. It is very poor.

Poor communication, Numbers don’t work but quick to take my money. Poor if you ask me.

I have used this service many times and Renee has been the agent most of the times. She always go above and beyond, always on point with communicating. She has always been punctual and very pleasant. Delivery drivers are professional. Thank you 876Get for making things easier in times like this.

Excellent customer service...affordable delivery cost...what a great way to have your food delivered but if you follow them you will just stay in and order everything and never leave home and in this pandemic that's what everyone needs.

Ordered through the app and I’m totally impressed by my first interaction with this business. The service is impeccable, they communicated very well and my request was completed within a reasonable time. I also greatly appreciate the efforts they have made to be more efficient through the use of technology. Highly recommend.

They do not have a wallet set up. If you order and they change your order to something of lesser value they will tell you there’s a credit and when you are ready to apply to the credit they will say they have no knowledge DO NOT USE

I have been using this app since its inception and I am totally satisfied with them. Professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, reliability, always on point. I am not the easiest person to please but they do it every time. I am totally hooked on this app. Love it. Great job.

I placed my order at 4:30 never received my food until 7, I had to call several times and eventually have to tell the driver to stay where he is I’ll come find him. The app showed he collected the food at 6 so it took him one hour for a 15 mins drive while he was on a bike. Wouldn’t recommend
