My first visit. It was a quick morning meeting; so I chose tomato and mushroom omelette for breakfast. So good.

I don't care what cynics say about this place but Cafe Adriatico simply captures the sentiments of old Manila. Nostalgic, mesmerizing and alluring are just a few words to describe the ambience. Though most of the menu have been stuck in time already (and I really don't care to see the same selection from way back 80's..this is what makes up the place), CA does try their best to evovle what they serve to keep up with what is demanded. I don't just go here for the food but for wonderful memories it can and it will evoke!

My go to place whenever Iโ€™m in the area. Lovinโ€™ the ambience of the place โ€” especially night time. Rider friendly location too! Staffs are accommodating. Heavy meal or a quick coffee stop? They got you covered ๐Ÿคญ Tip: If you like taking photos, checkout their 2nd floor and sit near the window โ€” best viewed around 6-8pm ๐Ÿคญ

The restaurant is my favorite restaurant in Manila. I like the indoor nostalgia old table and chairs furnitures. The food is great served mostly Filipino food. Great location for dining in Manila. The restaurant has two level with great view outside and had both indoor and outdoor seating.

One of the iconic restaurants in Malate that still serves great food and provide amazing ambiance. Their food is really tasty, especially Lola Ising's adobo rice, and the serving is quite big. The ambiance is cozy and laid-back. The staffs are accommodating and attentive. The cakes are also perfect to cap off the meal.

Great food and comfortable place. Cozy inside and outside and packed with history. Took a while for food to get served though. When it got to us, we were so hungry we forgot to take photos. Definitely a must try if you're in the area.

Unfortunately, most of the beef selections were unavailable during out visit. This made selecting food from the menu a bit annoying when told that they were unavailable. But thank God the food was great. The Chicken a la Kiev I ordered was very juicy and filled with flavor.

Nothing special. While the food was not horrible, the prices are clearly too high for the quality. Got the salmon and the oxtail. Flavors are interesting but not remarkable. The dishes are cooked well though. For dessert, we got the canonigo and the sans rival. Both are also so-so. Not bad but not deserving of the price either. This place is clearly past its prime. Like an aging has-been chef whose flame has long since gone out, just doing enough to get by and not embaras the memory of past glory. There are better restaurants now and especially at this price point.

A place to stop by if you are roaming Malate area. The menu for me is a little over priced. I guess you are paying for the ambiance and the site value. We went there for an afternoon coffee and desert that cost us roughly 800 php. Parking here is small as they occupy the street in front of remedios circle. They have an al fresco area which is great during afternoons while you wait until the sun sets

Old but still gold is how I would describe this place. As soon as you enter, you will immediately notice the dark ambiance, old furniture and old decorations. I ordered Farmer's breakfast complete with tocino, eggs, rice, coffee and turon as dessert. I'm glad to say that they have maintained both the quality and taste since the last time I ate here 4 years ago. The tocino was perfectly charred and sweet. It's glazed which I prefer over the saucy type other restaurants offer. Sadly the portion was far from the picture on the menu. The turon or banana fritters was good but not Savemore good. By the way, the parking slots are very limited in front of the building and there is a 50 peso fee that goes to the city.

I like it, its like an old house style although they can still improve. Food is good. Serving is quite big but may be just enough for some. Prices are not cheap but it has a certain atmosphere that's its a bit on the higher end, there's value for money paid.

It was a great decision to dine in here. The food was delicious and makes you full. We ordered adobo, knuckles and the chicken a la kie. They charge service fee too. Its not a budget wise dining but you could always treat yourself once in a while. They have parking area. Limited.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Adriatico and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor. But of course, the real star of the show was the food. Every dish I tried was expertly prepared, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. Overall, I would highly recommend Cafe Adriatico to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The service, ambiance, and food were all top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back!

Health protocols were not thoroughly followed. Contact tracing is not enforced at the entrance and tables are less than 4 feet apart. This is quite dangerous and reckless for a restaurant during the pandemic. For the food, the steak didn't taste good compared to other Cafe Adriatico branches.

Not the same quality compared to pre-pandemic. We've been coming to this place over the years since the 90's. Our last dine in was just today, Oct 29 - Ceasar's Salad not the same, greens were cut up, calamares very rubbery, and beef salpicao was just so so. Very disappointed. Not coming back here anymore.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their Spaghetti ala Carbonara, Prawns in Garlic, and Solefish Provencale, and I must say, they were absolutely phenomenal. The Spaghetti ala Carbonara was a true masterpiece. The creamy carbonara sauce was rich and velvety, generously coated every strand of pasta. The Prawns in Garlic were a true delight for seafood lovers. The prawns were fresh and succulent, cooked to perfection. The garlic-infused butter sauce was heavenly, with just the right amount of garlic flavor that didn't overpower the delicate taste of the prawns. Lastly, the Solefish Provencale was a revelation. The fillet was flawlessly cooked, moist and tender. The Provencale sauce, a combination of tomatoes, herbs, and olives, was a burst of vibrant flavors that complemented the fish beautifully. The dish was served with a side of perfectly roasted vegetables, adding a lovely touch of freshness and color to the plate. Overall, my experience at Cafe Adriatico was nothing short of exceptional. The Spaghetti ala Carbonara, Prawns in Garlic, and Solefish Provencale were all outstanding in their own right. The restaurant showcased its culinary prowess through these phenomenal dishes, leaving me with a lasting impression of their commitment to quality and taste. If you're looking for a dining experience that will truly satisfy your taste buds, Cafe Adriatico is the place to be.

Ordered pork with rice, mushroom soup, maiz con yielo and coffee. The rice is well fried, so as the pork. Avocado is not available and opted on getting maiz con yielo. Cafรฉ Adriatico is cafรฉ adriatico. It's iconic, quaint & needs to further description. Lemme just talk about the "Salad Premiere" we ordered which prompted this review. It was so meticulously prepared that the cashew nuts were roasted perfectly, black olive wasn't bitter, the lettuce was very fresh, the chicken fillet great, and the slices of mango was super fresh (even if mango is out of season in December in the Philippines).. worth every penny that you will pay ๐Ÿ‘

Didn't actually get to eat here. Place was only 25% full but the only table they could give us was a table for 4 under an air conditioner. We were frozen out before we could order... so basically for an expensive restaurant here the service sucked. Have to give the food the benefit of the doubt as I didn't actually try it.
