To the management, your employees particularly nurses, they're badly need to be retrain of costumer service 101! Espcially, the guy at 401 blood extraction section. On my way out of 4th floor, this small lady nurse was yeiling at a patient in the corridor of 3rd floor. Seriously!? We OFWs are the blood lines of your company! Without us, you can't feed your family! A piece of advice management, if you care about your company, retrain or replace your rotten employees! You don't need them! There's a lot of people down the line looking for a job.

Very bad customer service. All the staff including doctors are rude. It's like they think we availed their their services for free. Hello people? Your customers paid for the procedures you do. If I only knew I'll experience a very bad service, I should have preferred other clinics. WORST OF ALL. I PROMISE! I've seen horror reviews about this clinic before I went here. Though I was forewarned, I did not expect it to be the worst and grueling medical examination experience that I will ever had. I felt like an animal in the slaughterhouse and they will make sure to leech money off you in any way that they possibly can. Most of the staff personnel shout at their clients for their own convenience, it was like a marketplace. I will make sure that I will never set foot in this horrible, horrible place again.

Giving this clinic 1 star is generous. The staff are ALL ruthless. They are VERY VERY rude to applicants. They keep on belittling everyone and they even shout at some guests. It appears that they keep forgetting that those people are customers who are leaving the country to provide for their families. Very disappointing experience. To those who are getting an employment medical clearance, I would never recommend this clinic, as this clinic would delay your application (and even ruin up your plan to get employed) as their default system is to require their patient to come back and redo the tests until you get cleared even if one has no medical history. My experience at their X-ray lab, they told me that two of my lung fields had suspicious density and that I had to redo the X-ray twice. I told them that I never had such a medical concern. To alleviate my anxiety, I went to two advanced hospitals for my X-ray, (St. Luke’s and Manila Doctors) and lo and behold, both of my lungs are clear; no spots at all! I didn’t go back to this clinic, S.M. Lazo, and would never try it again.

I can say that it is one of the best clinics if not the best clinic in the metro, they got very good service, accomodating staffs starting from entry to the end of the process, it just took me 2 hours to finish all the GCC category of medical exams, new & modern facilities and equipment , customer-friendly, efficient and fast.

Not all wore smiles or were overtly friendly but you have to understand that these folks are here to do their jobs and not to make friends with you. A frown does not equal rudeness. Concerns may be raised directly with their personnels and they would be very happy to accommodate and adjust if necessary. I suggest that management provide their customer service staff a keypad phone so we don't need to make a chargeable telephone call from our mobile phones for urgent concerns.
