Cafe Aquatica is a small cafe beside Binondo Church. What makes it unique is its concept of incorporating aquariums in its interior design. One side of the wall had a series of interesting aquariums/aquaria with "falling water effects". They are a relaxing sight while enjoying your food and drinks. We ordered gambastic pasta and the all-day breakfast crispy fried bagnet strips with egg and rice. The pasta was great. The bagnet strips were also nice. We had sans rival for dessert which was just lovely. Price is very friendly.

This place was delicious, we ate here today and I got a tuna sandwich and an ice caramel macchiato and my husband got the chicken sandwich and a hot latte. Food was good and the coffee was even better, with all different types of coffees to choose from. They also have these super cool fish tanks with neat waterfalls inside of them and relaxing music, I could have sat there all day if I had time. Def. check it out if you have the chance.

I spent a few hours here, some with my kid, some alone. The aquariums are great fun for a while. Then attention turns to drinks, he had Royale Orange, called a Fanta in the West. My Hong Kong Tea was excellent. A house hamburger, with some fries included, was pork, not beef, but the menu declares that. It was ok, but then, I am a burger Connoisseur! So it is hard to please me. Finally my GF had a cappuccino, but it was too sweet. My later ice tea was too sweet too. So be warned: ask for unsweetened drinks with a side of sweetening syrup, then you can avoid that. They are happy to do so. It is a nice place to relax by the Binondo Church, or to eat a snack or small meal. The French fries were very good. I do recommend it if you are there.

Interesting concept of having an aquarium in a cafe. Coffee and service is good. Conveniently near Binondo Church and other restaurants in your Binondo food trip plans.

The ambience is superb for me as an aquascaper/fish hobbyist. The food we ate are okay, forgot to pic but got a snap of their churros and my HK tea. Overall Ambience 10/10 Food 7/10

one of the best and unique concept for cofee shop, the small place and ambiance makes the shop standout, I so loved the place, I will definitely drop by again soon, had a chance to see the owner, the service and drinks was excellent... This is a tiny cafe with a unique ambience. They still serve reasonably priced Chinese tea, milk tea and coffee but I was impressed with the decor. The walls are lined with landscaped aquariums. I think the owner participates and wins aquatic landscaping competitions. Many of the fish displayed are rare and very pretty. The cashier said the aquariums are regularly cleaned so some of them don’t have fish. Try looking for the toilet :) Its door is covered in fake grass, you won’t know it’s there if you don’t ask the cashier.

It's a very beautiful, small and cozy cafe just off the beaten path in Manila. The aquarium concept is very unique, and it provides an atmosphere and feel you'll hardly find anywhere else. Being on a side road, parking's a bit of an issue, but if you're okay with a little walking around it's not too far from accessible places. The soup of the day doesn't taste too bad, but i wouldn't call it the best either. But you don't really come here for the food (amidst the wide choices), since you really must come here for the ambience and feel of it. Highly recommended for small groups of friends, or dates.

Cafe Aquatica presents a peaceful ambience to all of its visitors. Its somewhat quiet and foreign atmosphere heavily contradicts Binondo's penchant for chinese food, warehouses and dark alleyways. The quaint cafe proved easy to find despite being tucked away beside San Lorenzo Ruiz church. Its unique concept attracts curious bypassers and hobbyists. Students could crash here to study because the aquascapes can provide a sense of comfort while the music that plays in the background is not too overpowering. The shop also sells pet-quality bettas for those who want to start the hobby, but I would recommend consulting with experts first before buying fishes. Never let the allure of owning an ornamental fish blind you from the fact that it's a being with feelings.

Stopped for an espresso and a slice of sans rival cake. The cake was probably baked elsewhere. Total cost was P225. I noticed that their version of fish and chips had (UK) crisps, not potato chips! Be warned accordingly.

Another neighborhood cafe that's worth checking out. Love the quiet & relaxing ambiance. The gambitas pasta is superb. Must try if you're into pasta dishes.

Very unexpected but delightful find in downtown Binondo. A quaint little modern cafe that was spectacularly layed out with fish tanks all around. Lots of sand waterfalls that was very interesting to watch while having a meal and a coffee. The place was meticulous, clean and service was efficient. Oh and the coffee was pretty upscale. I had an omellette and at first glance was disppointed but slicing thru revealed a great spread of mushorroms, tomatos and cheese. It was pretty good. A note on parking was at 10.30am on a Tuesday there were several vacant spots which seemwd because the city government started charging a minimal fee. Great job guys! #LikeIfThisHelps

πŸ‘πŸ‘ the place has a distinct chinese reataurant feel comparable to other chinese places. i really love the food there and the service was fast! unlike other restos where you are asked to wait for 20-25minutes, but here all our orders arrived in less than 15mins! the waiters were polite and always smiled...

πŸ‘ Excellent Food The food is very promising, from outside, it looked like an ordinary place as they do not really invest in renovation or repair. I guess it's their way of saying that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. We tried the restaurant since we're running out of options as it's getting...
