Fantastic... and outstanding restaurant. Great service, excellent meals, waitress and management personal was superb and truly professional. The hotel version has a beautiful architecture, really cool + relax environment. Full recommendation on this place. Don't forget to try the coffee selection and the view located on the fifth floor

This modern boutique hotel is exceptional. Super clean and perfectly located in a neighborhood safe for walking to a number of excellent restaurants. As owners, Management and staff are accommodating in every way. I don’t believe there is a better hotel in Manizales everything considered. We loved the coffee shop on the top floor with an amazing view.

I am a long term resident of The Coffee Club Hotel, since late Nov, 2020. I have stayed at many hotels and apartments in Colombia and Manizales and this is one of the best in Manizales. The rooms are comfortable and have a modern NY loft feel. The specialty coffee cafe on the 5th floor is really a nice, calm environment with true specialty coffees available. There is also the new restaurant, Wribs with ribs and wings opening on or about December 21st on the first floor and will be incredible. The owners and staff are just great people, offer great service and that makes all the difference!

Great location and the rooms are very clean. We have already stayed 2 times because it’s a great value for money and also the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are like a mini studios so they have all the equipment necessary if you need to use the kitchen. Also they offer free coffee and it’s great.

The MOST increíble experience. Very clean, very comfortable, the NICEST people you can find! Fast service, dog lovers (not just pet friendly). Located in one of the best sectors of the beautiful and lovely city of Manizales. Enjoy the terrace coffeshop with great coffee and yummy eats with an impressive 360 view of the Nevados, and the whole city of lush green mountains!

We were able to bring our dog with us

We have been actually very satisfied in the beginning. There was an english speaking staff member and the room was quite nice and the view was great. But just directly under the room was a big factory which was producing over night, it was so loud we slept really bad. And there was tons of other noises from the bar downstairs and the Café upstairs. The staff on the other days only spoke espagnol and we couldn't really communicate in english. We also do not recommend the washing service since our clothes were nearly smelling like before after they were washed. We are sorry for the Review, but sadly we couldn't give a better Rating....

The receptionist is a royal (insert bad word here). It is truly surprising that this is the service industry.
