It is an awesome place to spend with your significant other, family, and friends. There are a couple of things which I believe they can improve. 1. Inside the domes it is still too cold, some small heaters will do the difference. 2. If you want to have a bonfire you have to pay for the logs (which is not bad), however, they ask you to carry the logs yourself to the bonfire place (some hundred meters away upwards) , which is a little bit annoying since you're already paying for it. They should place the logs for the bonfire at the domes area.

Diría que por la vista y la experiencia vale mucho la pena, quizá el glamping como tal me decepcionó un poco porque casi no tenía buena energía, la puerta estaba en mal estado, los baños muy retirados y el camping algo incómodo, de resto la experiencia con la naturaleza y el viaje hasta allá es espectacular.

El lugar muy bonito la atención la alimentación la información de la vía sobretodo mala en vehículo no se metan por allá.

AVOID AS HELL! Appalling customer service. There's no way to get in touch with them; they don't answer the phone, neither WhatsApp nor emails. They request full payment in advance and enforce a very questionable no refund policy. I had a booking but wasn't able to visit due to the emergency situation with Nevado del Ruiz. Being force majeure, I would be entitled to at least a partial refund. The other businesses and services in the area I had bookings with were understanding and had no issues providing refund options. Instead, I heard nothing back from Fabrica de Rios. I can't endorse a business with such poor practices, I feel scammed as my money was taken, but wasn't given the chance to speak with anyone at any step of the process. They're keen to take your money but not to provide decent customer service.

Tengan cuidado, reciben tu dinero, agendan tu visita pero no hay servicio, no hay quien atienda, el dueño se queda con el dinero y no lo regresa, no responde, no contesta el teléfono, así que tengan cuidado antes de reservar, tengo fotos del lugar para que sepan en qué estado se encuentra, porque el lugar se encuentra en abandonó, el señor Mario Uribe es un ladrón!
