Pésimo, pésimo a menos de 24 horas de la cita y después de haber esperado 20 días, me cancelan la cita. El viernes 9 que fuí personalmente para ver si podía conseguir una cita antes, la niña que me atendió me comentó que había terminado el contrato con Sura pero que me respetaban la cita que tenía programada. El lunes 12 me envían un mensaje de texto recordando mi cita y el martes 13 me llega un mensaje a las 4:58 de la tarde donde me informan que el contrato con Sura finalizó el 12 de septiembre (la cita fue asignada el 26 de agosto) y que mi cita fue cancelada!!

I express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by a PARTICULAR MRI since you only took 8 images, understanding that there are more than 100 in a result and I even had to bring the CD to save those images. Being forced to look for the provision of said service in another entity, do not abuse users.

The communication channel they have available is terrible, there is no response on WhatsApp more than 4 hours later, and the cell phone doesn't even work... even if it is an urgent study, they don't have empathy
