this
place
after
reading
reviews,
but
they’re
not
accurate
to
our
experience
and
the
place
looks
smaller
and
different
than
the
pictures
so
an
update
is
probably
needed.
Regardless,
we
don’t
plan
to
ever
return
or
recommend
this
establishment.
Firstly,
the
waitress
should
not
be
in
service.
Starting
with
not
opening
the
plastic
chain
to
allow
us
to
get
in
the
establishment
so
we
had
to
let
ourselves
in.
The
place
was
empty
so
you
would
think
she
would
be
more
accommodating,
but
she
stood
at
the
far
end
of
the
restaurant
and
just
looked
at
us.
Awkward,
but
opening
the
chain
yourself
might
just
be
a
Colombian
thing.
Then,
not
a
smile
or
greeting
from
her
where
almost
anywhere
you
go
in
Manizales
you
are
warmly
welcomed
with
a
cordial
salutation.
She
had
such
an
unpleasant
attitude
when
explaining
we
were
too
late
for
breakfast.
The
menu
says
‘brunch’
so
we
were
confused.
She
very
rudely
tried
to
redefine
the
word
to
my
husband.
I
was
so
taken
aback
with
her
lack
of
respect
and
argumentative
attitude
when
talking
to
him,
a
patron,
that
interjected
and
explained
to
her
that
in
the
rest
of
the
world,
brunch
usually
takes
place
between
11
a.m.
and
4
p.m.
and
it
was
12pm.
Waitstaff
in
Paris
are
nicer
than
her,
which
is
saying
a
lot.
If
you
don’t
like
your
job,
please
find
another
one
where
you
don’t
have
to
interact
with
the
public,
because
you
clearly
do
not
have
the
skills
to
do
so.
Hospitality
is
an
art
and
your
skills
are
abysmal.
Anyway,
if
it
wasn’t
because
of
the
rest
of
my
party,
I
would’ve
left
right
then
and
there.
She
then
proceeded
to
bring
my
latte
without
any
sugar.
Rather
than
interact
with
her,
I
grabbed
a
sugar
container
from
a
sideboard.
Where
prior,
I
had
wanted
to
try
a
dish,
I
lost
my
appetite
after
the
whole
brunch
debacle
and
ordered
a
simple
ham
and
cheese
croissant
which
was
just
OK.
The
hamburger
lunch
presentation
was
superb,
but
my
husband
said
it
was
just
OK.
He
was
too
full
to
finish
the
desert
so
we
took
it
home
and
haven’t
tried
it
yet
to
comment
on.
The
prices
were
very
reasonable.
The
place
looks
run
down
and
not
like
in
the
pictures.
Would
everything
have
tasted
and
looked
better
with
different
service?
Perhaps.
I
feel
bad
for
the
chef
as
his
food
is
worsened
by
the
poor
service.
When
we
originally
walked
in,
we
were
interested
in
purchasing
some
bakery
items
to
go,
as
the
bread
table
in
the
center
of
the
restaurant
looked
appetizing,
but
we
refused
to
spend
any
more
of
our
money
or
time
there.
Sadly,
servers
can
make
or
break
a
restaurant
and
this
one
is
no
exception.
Without
a
doubt,
this
is
the
worst
waitress
we’ve
had
the
displeasure
of
interacting
with
in
all
of
Manizales.
There
are
other
French
places
with
the
same
moniker
that
we
plan
to
visit
and
without
trying
them
myself,
I
suggest
you
do
the
same
and
avoid
this
one.
Sadly,
I
wanted
to
like
it,
but
don’t
recommend
it
at
all.
The
food
may
be
good,
however
the
poor
service
will
make
it
taste
mediocre
at
best.
