    Great buffet breakfast. Ask for a room with good Wifi, not all rooms are good. Ask for a room NOT on the street, too noisy. The Wifi is very good in the restaurant/lounge area.

    I had to leave by 5:00AM and was refused coffee. I was told repeatedly to wait until 6:00AM, which was impossible. Coffee is probably the easiest request, I don't know why it was denied.

    The price was way too high. I ended up paying almost 1,200.00 for 18 days. That's averaging about $66.00 a day. It's worth maybe $20-$25 a night based on the appearance, the hard bed, no ac,very uncomfortable. There are nice people that work there. During my stay one day my room was not cleaned, another day I was locked inside of my room for about an hour, I couldn't get out, another day my room key card didn't work. If I were to compare this to Motel 6 it makes Hotel Las Colinas look like a mom and pop shop. I will never stay there again . I give it two stars based on the good people that work there. If it were not for them I would rate a 0. .

    The standard double room that we booked thru Agoda was spacious enough for the two of us - 27 m². The view in our room was facing another building, and although it didn't have an air-cond, it wasn't warm during day and night. We have free Wi-Fi with a great connection, a flat-screen TV with plenty of channels, safety box, minibar, and the king size bed was comfy. The hotel also has a Sauna and a bar. The breakfast on Sunday was in buffet style with plenty of choices, but on the next day, I think because there weren't many people in the hotel, they gave us selection. My comments on this stay: 1. The lack of socket for the minibar. We have to unplugged the TV in order to use it. 2. During the check-in, we gave our Cedula as requested, but the staff didn't input our nationality correctly, which clearly stated in the Cedula, and we saw it from the printing copy when he asked us to sign. It looks like it wasn't a big deal, but just in case of something unfortunate happen to us, and they need to contact the embassy then it will delay the process.

    Good hotel but they had a promo for the month of September and they never offered to us. When we asked for it they said sorry but it was too late to make any adjustment or refund.

    I showed up with a reservation that was confirmed on booking. When I went to check in was told I did not have a reservation, even though I had physical proof through booking. I was then told by the staff that the operators of booking located in Bogota had not uploaded the reservation and that the hotel had no availability, even though I had a reservation. I was then told by the staff that if I canceled my reservation they could charge me up front and be able to give me a room. So I did as they told me and was than told no rooms were available again. After an hour of back and fourth I was able to get a room at a cost way higher than my reservation. Overall the way they handle reservations is horrible, but the hotel itself is nice and comfortable and the morning breakfast was also very good.

    The worst hospitality hotel I would never go again well they lost me as a customer I stayed at pop art I love to see different hotels and check out all different types of stays Once arrived everything seemed amazing until 9pm hit and I was unable to sleep until 3:00am I called front office and requested for them to change my room due to the noise and loud music from the street Staff was really didn’t really much about my needs they where extremely rude and I didn’t not even get an apology I was charged more and was downgraded to a smaller room At check out the gentleman could care less about saying anything about the bad experience i had at that hotel but lost me as a customer

    The hotel is very old fashioned in absolutely the best ways. Newer hotels don't have the same attention to detail and quality or professionalism throughout the entire staff. Highly recommend

    I was invited to comeback after a bad experience with drinks. Management made it up. Excellent customer recovery. Will be back. Great job.
