I
showed
up
with
a
reservation
that
was
confirmed
on
booking.
When
I
went
to
check
in
was
told
I
did
not
have
a
reservation,
even
though
I
had
physical
proof
through
booking.
I
was
then
told
by
the
staff
that
the
operators
of
booking
located
in
Bogota
had
not
uploaded
the
reservation
and
that
the
hotel
had
no
availability,
even
though
I
had
a
reservation.
I
was
then
told
by
the
staff
that
if
I
canceled
my
reservation
they
could
charge
me
up
front
and
be
able
to
give
me
a
room.
So
I
did
as
they
told
me
and
was
than
told
no
rooms
were
available
again.
After
an
hour
of
back
and
fourth
I
was
able
to
get
a
room
at
a
cost
way
higher
than
my
reservation.
Overall
the
way
they
handle
reservations
is
horrible,
but
the
hotel
itself
is
nice
and
comfortable
and
the
morning
breakfast
was
also
very
good.
