El señor Romulo quien está de recepcionista ofrece convenios con el parqueadero que NO EXISTEN. Te cobran de más al momento de pagar. El servicio y la atención es muy regular, las habitaciones no tienen vidrio en las ventanas y se entra todo el frío y el ruido de la calle. Si quieres descansar sin ruidos no es el lugar, además el sector es inseguro en las noches.

Very good hotel with a kind staff. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. They provide free parking from 7pm to 7am. You can have free coffee or tea. Even if we had a struggle with the parking company, they decided to refund us the parking fees that the company charged us. They are very soucious of customer satisfaction which is rare nowadays.

Horrible blaring music all night long.. impossible to sleep, they overcharged us compared to our booking, they do not provide breakfast and the rooms are very insecure ... Horrible place won't be back

Es un lugar cómodo y limpio, está en el centro de Manizales, así que no esperen vistas ni calma absoluta, pero sí cercanía al comercio y lugares para comer, la Catedral está a dos cuadras. Se puede pedir comida a domicilio, pero deberían tener las cartas de algunos lugares para facilitar la elección. Muy amables en la atención.
