University Museum Center Caldas

Tourist attraction Museum

👍 Small museum located in a University. We are English speakers and struggled with understand parts of the exhibits. It was a nice way to pass an hour or so. Our 8 year old enjoyed the room with the gigantic board game and die. We loved seeing the fossils. Free to enter.

There was a lot of flora and fauna in this place, there are between 3-4 museums which have many sections, they show incredible things and at the same time very interesting. I highly recommend them. In these museums you can learn about history and also very interesting things such as: the origin of the animals, origin of dinosaurs, origin of the world. If you go to a school exit you will have a guide but if you go alone you will not have this explanation but there is still a lot of text and with all this information it is enough I recommend it, it is free and you can visit it whenever you want

Excellent. The u de caldas revived this space, which although it is small, has very significant samples. I go every time I pass through the city.

Super recommended to go visit. The people who work there go out of their way to provide all the necessary information and make you feel very good. Plan for all ages and combos of friends or family. In addition, it is free and they have all kinds of very interesting exhibits. I hope to visit it again. Each visit is to find new details.

The pieces on display are in very good condition and the explanation is very didactic.

It is a passage through the various pre-Columbian cultures and what could be rescued and reconstructed.

(Translated by Google) Nice views in the middle of the city, its tiered architecture connects various buildings. It has a quaint cafeteria. (Original) Bonitas vistas en medio de la ciudad, su arquitectura por niveles conecta varios edificios. Tiene una cafetería pintoresca.

👍👍 Walked near it for the "alumbrado" or light display in december. Frankly one of my favorite places to walk anf even more so during the holidays. The place is speckled with street vendors on one side if the street and bars/restaurants on the other. Great place to spend an evening.
