    Accuracy and service? Solid 4 or even 5 stars. Opening on time? Zero stars. This is the third and last time I try coming to the Adams Street location before 8am. If your hours are wrong on Google, then update them.

    I stopped in McDonalds at this location in Mankato, Minnesota tonight, craving ice cream. The speed of the drive thru was fast and friendly. I ordered a large icecream cone and it was huge. Joana was the server at the drive thru lane. She was very friendly. Good people skills. But it does take a team to be successful! I decided to do a review inside. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. It appeared they had enough staff to handle the rush. I give them credit for my food during lunch and I was back for dessert later in the day. I will be back in the future!

    Walked into the lobby to order and were told to leave that they were closed. Stated we were on foot (staying at a local hotel) and were told we couldn’t go thru the drive up either, due to having walked there. Asked for the manager and the employee told us she was the manager, Adria(sp?). We expressed our unhappiness while leaving and the manager proceeded to flick us off after locking the lobby door. So disappointed with the whole encounter. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Way to go McDonald’s. I believe a call to corporate is in order. Though prior reviews don’t give me much hope for a resolution.

    Literally took almost 20 min to only get the wrong food! Waited again to get the wrong food! Third time finally got it right. Watched four other people waiting get the wrong order, kid walks out with a cone with his finger In it asking other vehicles if they ordered a cone! Seriously not happy!

    Waited 10+ Minutes for our food ordered inside. Got our drinks wrong. Christina and the 2nd Manager? Was very rude, simply asked if our drinks was made right this time, her comeback was, we know how to do our jobs. Didn't need the extra rude comment, simple question. Food was cold on top of it.

    What happened to stacking a sandwich with the contents somewhat aligning? Got a qtr pounder w/cheese. Burger Patty hanging off the bun one way, cheese the other. Onions everywhere but on the burger. How F-in hard is it? Can you come up with an app for that so your employees can get it right?! Pretty sad the kids working there aren't capable of doing something you normally learn how to do as a toddler. Stacking objects. Maybe their parents didn't get em those hand eye coordination building toys.

    Very rude employees at this location. First, they gave us the wrong thing, when I even showed Christina the manager my receipt and she acted like I was causing her an issue. Then they were discussing how to even make the drink. So when she brought me my large drink in a medium cup I asked if it was correct. The other manager replied we know how to do our job! Really because you hot wrong to begin with. No need to be rude, just a valid question

    Ordered a Big Mac and two Mc chicken with large fries and frozen coke. It took them 25 minutes to get me my order and still didn’t get my mcchickens. Never had a satisfying experience at this McDonald’s. Go to the other two in town if you want your order made how you placed it!

    Forgot fries in the happy meal. Called them to at least notify staff of their mistake so they can understand and learn from it. It’s late and I’m not driving back for the fries. Just a sad mistake. Our other meal also lacked efficient fries in one of the regular meals. :( DOUBLE CHECK

    Stopped and ordered a #4 breakfast meal. I was asked to pull forward to wait. Then, 12 minutes later I got the attention of a passing employee and a manager came out shortly after asking what I ordered. At that point, I had just minutes to get to work and had to leave. End result, no food, no refund, no coupons, nothing. Never going back and neither should you!

    Absolute morons run this store. Placed a mobile order by accident this store? Good luck getting a refund. The app says contact the store if you need to cancel. Contacted them and the wouldn't cancel the order unless I showed up? That's fine I'll just issue a charge back on my credit card.

    There was a small mishap at the table and it was taken care of right away. The gentleman who brought our food out was super nice. The staff who came over to help with the mishap also super nice.

    Asked for a #7 with just cheese because I’m allergic to pickles and ketchup. Took bite of burger? Had everything on it. Throat began swelling while I was driving and almost crashed. Had to use my emergency Epi pen. TL:DR. Idiot cooks almost killed be because they can’t get an order with 1 single instruction correct.
