I haven't been to a Pizza Ranch in almost a decade. I went with my family to this location in Mankato. I loved it. The food tasted excellent...from salad to chicken to pizza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was extremely busy, they kept the food stocked with plenty of choices. The food was hot and tasty.

We’ve enjoyed going out for supper at this Buffet (make sure to go after 4:30pm when their Buffet starts). I like how they have a couple varieties of lettuce salads, and my husband likes their Fried Chicken & Patatoes buffet area. They even ask at the counter when you’re paying (up front) if there are any types of pizza 🍕 you want on the buffet. My favorites are the Taco & Dessert Pizza’s…..

Very helpful and friendly staff with excellent service. We were here on a Saturday evening for the buffet The pizza selection was great and they kept all of the food full. The chicken was crispy and delicious as always. It is definitely worth the price. I like how they ask if you have any special requests for buffet pizza.

Everything was hot n fresh and they accommodated 14 of us at lunch time with out a problem

Service was excellent even though this is a buffet place. Lots of options but most of all LOTS OF CARBS! Running a marathon? Going on a fast. Come get your carbs here! Great smelling food and the salad bar is better than average. A family place with lots of older folks and people enjoying their food. For vegetarians, options are somewhat limited but the veggie pizza is again, better than average. Lunch was $12 plus tax per person.

Food was great we got there at 7 but it felt rushed because they just kept watching us I didn’t really like how they would come by every 2 minutes to see if we were done

I went there a little after the noon hour, and they still had fresh food available. They were also keeping it stocked very well. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you want a specific item they don't have at the moment. Great price and service.

Usually I come for the chicken. Today, no chicken. Everyone was watching and waiting for chicken 🤷‍♂️Couple of dried up chicken breast that nobody would eat. Ate, but No Chicken. Shame! But it was only the first time I’ve ever experienced that. Usually they’re on top of everything 👍

Great selection of food. Food is always fresh and hot. They (sometimes -- soup of the day rotates) have a nice chili that's moderately spicy, but not too spicy for the more sensitive eaters. For those whom love sweets, try the dessert pizzas or the chocolate chip cookie. They have nutritional information in a binder readily available at the register for people inquiring about food allergies. Great customer service. Great family-friendly atmosphere.

This has been a staple for when we visit extended family here in Mankato. The semi private room allows for visiting. The buffet has a nice variety as well.

Staff made sure there was plenty of everything, served fresh and hot. Chicken and hot wings were great, pizza too. Fish was a bit greasy and over done. Waited for next batch, It was the same. Service was good.

Great pizza. Friendly employees. It is a buffet, but they keep it as clean as they can. I would recommend you order a specific pizza when you begin, that way you will have something you really like, even if it takes a few minutes. Otherwise you are at the mercy of the buffet. The last time there, however, I did order a pizza. They were supposed to bring it to my table and never did. It ended up in the buffet, but I didn't see it until waiting for over 30 minutes.

The chicken has gotten even better, pizza is about the same, which is still quite good and the buffet items fill in the missing gaps on your plate. The soup is probably the only thing I would consistently rate low, but you don't go here for soup. I wish the prices were a bit lower, but their prices like everything have gone up.

It's the stanch. What can I really say? The food is greasy as expected, but at least it was fresh. The staff really liked my niece because she's cute. "Looks just like her dad". Yeah, it's cheap pizza, but the buffet was at least decent this time. Even though it's kind of pricey.

Classic pizza ranch I enjoyed eating here even if they were slow on the pizza it seemed clean and plates were promptly taken from the table by the local cub scouts who volunteered for a fundraiser

Not impressed been coming to this location for the last 4 years and this time, pizza's were slow coming out, stuff that was out was cold, we asked several staff about getting some dessert pizza's out and they were all so very rude to us. The 4 of us agreed we would not go back to this location next year, and we will have to find a new tradition after viewing the Kiwanis Holiday Lights show.

Good assortment of food, not just pizza, but great chicken and salad bar along with a friendly staff and fair pricing!

Mediocre pizza but the quantity makes up for it. Would go again however I need to start dieting.

Always a good time after church. A group of us attend regularly and they will open the big room up with no reservation when its needed. Thank you pizza ranch for the accommodations!

Pizza is good! But I go there for the CHICKEN! And the warm chocolate chip cookie. Then top it off with ice cream in my drinking glass filled the rest of the way with root beer. Almost to full to leave!!!😍

Went on a Saturday for brunch and it was insanely busy. Considering this they kept everything well stocked. I felt terrible for them because things were gone as soon as they brought it out. I'd recommend avoiding the Saturdays between 5-6. By 7pm things had slowed down. They did a great job. Not great ambiance with screaming kids everywhere but that's not their fault. Will definitely go again just at a different time.

This place is great and horrible at the same time. I would definitely go back haha. Definitely go for the dessert pizza

We were 8 people, eating lunch at 2:30 P.M. They still had plenty of food on the buffet. They brought out a fresh dessert pizza just when I was ready to eat it.

While paying for my meal, the cashier (Vee) never smiled, was unfriendly, and didn’t even say thank you. I come here often and these workers work so hard. I always drop five bucks in their tip box. Today Vee cost the crew five bucks.

Note that they close at 2 and re open at 4:30. Their Google page doesn't say this so we went to this location (vs another one which had accurate info on their page).

By far the best Pizza Ranch I have been to! The staff is awesome, attentive and helpful which is hard to come by these days! My family and I appreciate all of you.

Everyone knows Pizza ranch's top notch at everything they serve. Excellent employees. Always kind people always cleaning. I just enjoy it every time I go

We stopped on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy. The staff did an amazing job bringing out food and keeping everything neat and clean. There was always pizza and chicken out. Everyone working that day needs a raise for how hard they were all working.
