First time I came here they had VEGAN cheese!! The last two times though they have not :( The crust is delicious, nice and crispy! Still giving it five stars although there’s no vegan cheese. I haven’t had the chance to visit here late 2019, but I will continue to stop here if I’m ever hungry for pizza.

We visited 1000 Degrees pizza for the first time today, after having driven by it several times. It was wonderful! The employees were super friendly and conversational. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere and was very clean! You have the option of ordering one of their signature pizzas or creating your own. We went for the latter option, and it was so tasty!! Served hot and lots of fresh ingredients. We also got their customizable side salad. We didn't get a chance to try everything on their menu, but we got a glimpse of some wings as they pulled them out of the oven, and they looked really good! I think this is one of, if not the best pizza places in town! Check it out!!

We have never tried this place before. I'm a pizza fanatic to say the least, so I am really picky when it comes to a well made pie. This place nailed it!! We ordered the bbq chicken. I'm not normally a huge fan of bbq on pizza, but I think I have changed my tune. It was amazing. My wife hates pineapple on pizza, and she even ate it. Pineapple and all. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other pizzas they offer. The staff was really friendly, and patient since we hadn't been there before. Recommended for sure!

Some of the best, single serving, custom pizzas I've ever had. The service was quick and friendly and they educated the two of us on proper pairing of flavors, meat/sauce/cheese. Great experience.

It kind of is a combination of Subway, and Punch Pizza-with-better-food-and-price. The pizza artists make the pizza right in front of you. They have a price for a one-topping and another fixed price for unlimited toppings - very cool. We really liked the Roman crust for both flavor and texture. They offer salads of course, but also wings and a cinnamon dessert pizza.

First time! My husband and I decided to eat here to try something new for his birthday. Service was great, good deals, kind and informative employees! Atmosphere was quiet, calm, and inviting. Service was quick and pizza was delicious! Half and half, just what we wanted! I’d come here again but with our kids! ✨ Thank you!

I love love LOVE the Build your own pizza! One price, AS MANY TOPPINGS AS YOU WANT! Tastes incredible, too! The wings and salads were fine, but nothing to write home about, unlike the build your own pizza. A tip for the build your own pizza is to be creative. I personally enjoy a combination of bbq and Mac and cheese sauces as well as a bit of blue cheese sprinkled in with the rest of the cheese.

Good pizza cooked on ovens of 1000 degrees. Fresh toppings displayed when ordering your pizza. A good variety of ingredients are available to create your pizza. They also do provide established creations they have done to try as well. The service is good and fast. The pizza was done fast as well because of the high degrees the pizza oven is under. We would be coming back when in Mankato, MN.

My sister-in-law has celiac disease, and we always come here specifically because they take her gluten allergy seriously, and the food is still just as delicious! It really means a lot to us. Five stars!

1000 Degrees of Disappointment ... I was so excited because of the build up from my friends ... But, what happened was totally Underwhelming. Ordered a philly cheese... Better Quality and Quantity in a Kwik Trip Sandwich!! I got a Doughy sauce flavored Disappointment. No steak flavor because there was very little steak! Consumers are being gouged at every turn... Why make this be less than it should be... Over a handful of meat and cheese.

In the area for company business and forgot my receipt the first time I came. So just had to come again. Very helpful and understanding staff, on top of that the food is very great and delicious. The BYO is obviously the best on the menu. I recommend 10/10

Original 1 star: Spent an hour trying to order online and then called five times with no answer and no voicemail. Edited to 5 for a prompt response and I ended up ordering through DoorDash…my family LOVED our meal. Thanks for the response. Looking forward to purchasing again.

1000 Degree is always a solid choice! 10" custom pizzas are my go to. They also have a special for lunch which includes a soda. 1000 Degree like Subway for pizza (build your own flavors and toppings) and cooks in mere minutes!!

The pizza was delicious. Highly recommend trying it. The staff was nice. The place was super busy.

So much fun, and the food was delicious! Made right in front of you and cooks in minutes. The staff is awesome. I believe the owner is why. I got the chance to talk to her while she made my pizza! I'm looking forward to eating there again soon!

I've been here several times with my friend who has a Gluten Allergy. There hasn't been a single time that we have ordered pizzas there that he has gotten sick. So, they're attentive to their customers' needs, they have a nice cozy atmosphere and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. One of my three favorite pizza places in town. Highly recommend!

They have a wide variety of unique pizza options and you can customize your pizza as they make it in front of you. The staff were very good at cleanliness. They washed hands and gloved up in between handling money.

Every single time I go there I get a wonderful pizza in a reasonable amount of time. The prices there are possibly the best for the quality of the food. They offer free stuff with their loyalty app. The employees are kind and understanding. The place is clean and has a comfortable environment. If you want great pizza for a good price I highly recommend this place. Also they have gluten free options.

They are always so friendly. It's very clean there and your pizza gets done fairly quickly with there impressive classic pizza oven. The prices are affordable and the way you can have your pizza made is almost limitless. If you are looking for a place to try new things on your pizza this is the place.

Definitely a place to visit when in Mankato. You can totally customize your zza however you'd like and the crust is amazing.

First time there today. Inexpensive and great quality food! We had the Tuscan pizza in the Roman size and their cheesy bread sticks. You're able to add any toppings you want at no extra cost. The food tastes homemade. We will definitely be going again.
