In town visiting my daughter and yesterday the line for Dunkin' was 40 cars long (!?). I decided to try Caribou and was so happy I did. The Maple Breakfast Sandwich is amazing! The Mocha was super delicious-tastes like very good quality coffee. A little on the sweet side, so next time I will ask for less syrup, but I was very pleased (and only 6 cars in front of me, went quickly!).

The girl at the drive through was extremely sweet and helpful! The guy that took my order in house was rude and talked to me like I didn't know anything. Being a barista myself, I felt pretty angry that my intelligence was questioned. I believe he had a large arm tattoo, just be aware of this employee. Such a shame

People are very friendly location are clean and nice they make the coffe they way we ask

Ordered a medium and paid for a medium, got a small and when asked they said “yep you got a medium” and didn’t make a new one or give money back.

Excellent location next to MSU campus. Great place to work while waiting for family at the MSU dental school.

Gal working the drive thru this morning was excellent and super helpful. One of the other folks working there even wrote a little note on my cup that made my day!

I got the frozen cookies and cream. I got dark chocolate with it and it wasn't as strong as I hoped for. The employees were nice. It's a nice little shop as well.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Orders were completed fairly quickly and, of course, the coffee was great.

Been here a lot to consume coffee; usually on the drive in to work. Sometimes it takes longer than other times in drive through. Doesn't seem to be a lot of drink consistency because sometimes my coffee tastes great, other times it taste's horrible. I wish it would taste excellent and the same every time.

They work very hard to get the order right. As I was waiting to order I overheard the workers talking about a customer who had been waiting a while. They upgraded her medium to a large at no cost.very friendly and I like that you can donate there too.

If you are in a hurry, I highly recommend the convenience online ordering. It allows me to get my coffee fix, even if I am running late for work.

Staff were semi friendly. Coffee was okay. Would’ve like to see a warmer greeting. Atmosphere was nice and welcoming.
